David has redecorated a tricky loft conversion for us this week to an very high standard. He is a perfectionist and totally meticulous. The result was far better than we could ever have expected. Painting of kitchen and livingroom including woodwork and ceiling. As someone how has to make their money go that bit further I'm very glad I plumped for AFL. Andrew's company is certainly not the cheapest (or cheap), but in this case you get what you pay for, a real feeling of reassurance from the moment you get the initial quote, right through to the finish of the job. No sinking feelings or worries, just the warm glow of satisfaction at having made the right choice from the outset. No worrying about shortcuts being taken or things being done on the cheap. The decorators were punctual, clean and tide and completely transformed the room.

Exterior decoration of house. The work was to decorate the exterior of our house. This was carried out to a very high standard. The team, Sunny and Patrick, arrived early each day and worked steadily to complete the work, no hassle. Excellent communication - Andrew Farkas would let me know evenings what would happen the next day. The job was carried out to budget, 1/2 paid when the job was 1/2 done, the balance on completion. The only thing that went "wrong" was that the replacement downpipe was installed so that I couldn't remove the drain grid for cleaning or rodding the drain, should that be necessary. Andrew had that sorted out within a couple of days, so the problem was quickly resolved. I am happy to give Andrews Farkas top marks.

He cross-lined & wallpapered our living room in a very dark colour taking it from bright and stark to rich and warm. I cannot recommend Chris and team highly enough. He's pretty much decorated all of our house now since we found him last year, this has included spindle stair cases, hanging Farrow & Ball wall paper, painting mantlepiece surround as well as the usual walls and woodwork. They sand everything to make sure the right finish can be achieved, they have invested in the right kit to do the job, it sucks the dust back in and the hoover up after themselves. The finish on painting and decorating is excellent. On top of a great job, they are trustworthy, clean and turn up when they say they will.

Alex completed a job for us last year, worked short days but we were happy with the work.

We have a large Victorian house and needed someone who would work to a high standard, so we were delighted with Alex's high standard of work. The service provided by Marshels Of Farnham Ltd was excellent, they came and decorated a large drawing room in a listed with a ornate ceiling requiring artisan expertise. I have had Steve twice now, the first time was painting the outside of my house in 2019 and the second job was painting the whole of the inside, which he has just completed. It was a big job and took him about five weeks to complete. I must say the finished work is exceptional. The preparation and painting is outstanding and had transformed the feel of the house. Steve is polite, easy to work with, is very punctual and communicates with you about any aspects of the job that need it. I would highly recommend him, you won't be disappointed.

We were lucky to find Michael who came to us to paint our garage door, but despite it being a small job he did it personally, and with painstaking skill. I have used Michael Rose Painting & Decorating Services for several projects in our home and would highly recommend Michael and his team. When we unexpectedly had a water leak from pipes in our loft during the project, Michael quickly dealt with the matter by hiring a dehumidifier to dry out the damp area on the ceiling. He ensured that stains were removed and paintwork completed thoroughly to provide an excellent finish. He also dealt efficiently with a separate damp stain on the living room ceiling caused by a shower leak by applying a stain stop and repainting the problem area to a high standard. Michael is courteous, very approachable and trustworthy. He is a great project manager and keeps in regular communication on the status of each project.
