    • We pre-booked Beaufort Cars for a medical appointment, and we totally shocked at the disgusting condition of the inside of the car. It looked like it had never been cleaned with dirt rubbish, food debris all over the inside of the car on the seats, floors, windows. It looked like a rubbish skip on wheels. That amount of dirt and rubbish had built up over a long period of time. Due to rushing to make the medical appointment, we had no choice but to sit in all that crap and clean ourselves off when we arrived. We will never be using Beaufort Cars again, and I have complained to Birmingham City Council. Beaufort Cars should inspect the condition of their cars more regularly.

    • Have used this taxi service for years. Needed it today at half 5 due to work. I didn't have money on me and was meeting my.mom to get money. They refused to pick me up although I've always paid and been loyal. A driver missed out on £20 because of their policy. Think I'll go back to using Kelly's and nationwide.

    • i used this company more then 300 times .good service. friendly operators management is very helpful . when is no traffic cone on time once i left iphone in the car driver come back and give it me.

    • 5 mins before taxi due they rang to say there was no-one available to pick up- and they wouldn't do the return journey (also pre-booked) either- as it was too short a journey for them. Why didn't they say so when I booked it? Also they advertise they cover Northfield station so maybe they should take that off the website. Had to walk for half an hour in the rain uphill with a heavy case using mobile phone satnav.

    • This taxi is disgusting I have been using for many years and its gone right down hill I am going to find another taxi Firm as this one is rubbish they say close to ur time that u booked and they mean hours wait don't use tc cars
