Excellent service always on time

I get late at work taxi was nowhere

Roundabout Taxi's turned up half an hour late, so I missed my mums funeral. Manager told me it was my own fault, disgusting!

Excellent service, I could track my taxi on the app and didn't have cash so the driver generated a QR code and I could pay there and then. Nice clean car and driver was friendly

Paid for taxi using the app. No driver turned up. No text to say taxi had arrived. Took money and refused to send replacement. Will never use again.

I've been a loyal customer for years but after my last experience I will never use them again. My little boy was sick in the car. I cleaned it as best I could but the driver had a go at me, in front of my children, for the last 10 minutes of the journey. He upset my children and was trying to pressure me into going to a cash point or borrowing money to pay to have his car cleaned. I'm a disabled single mom. This journey was already costing £25. I explained I couldn't afford it but he kept having a go at me and made me very uncomfortable. You have lost one of your best customers!

,Brilliant service, wouldn't use anyone else. Couple of the cars could do with a clean out and use air freshener, but other than that all is good. Nice polite service. Booked a taxi today and had a phone call to say they were short on drivers, one of the drivers had passed away and it was his funeral, the lady couldn't apologise enough. Great service, always friendly and polite. Don't over charge either x

Used this company because they are on my doorstep. Never had a taxi arrive on time on the last two occasions they took the mick over 30 minutes late which made me miss my train. When i rang up complaining i was told the drivers all start praying at the mosque at 1pm on a Friday so they cant guarentee a time of arrival. Worst exscuse ever so all muslims stop what they are doing because they have to start praying at 1pm. I dont think so. Birmingham would be stand still tben ca they are the biggest ethnic majority. Run your buisness proparly ffs

Companies like this are the reason ber was invented. A taxi booked a day before for 08:00 to take 2 students to school. At 08:10 called and was told a taxi was on the way. At 08:25 called and told a taxi was on the way. At 08:40 it arrives, unapologetic and 40 minutes late. Definitely not my first choice for a taxi and I'll make sure to spread the word amongst the community about how unreliable these people are.

I used to use other local cab companies but these guys are spot on. Local knowledge and staff goes a long way.

My son gets a taxi from Bromsgrove to Reddicth for school and the driver is so good with the kids and the Escort Is so lovely too well done.

I have been using Birmingham Taxis since 2/6/18. I have found their service outstanding. Their drivers are professional, courteous, extremely polite and Birmingham Taxis are excellent. Fabulous value for money. I highly recommend them. I am sorry for the above customer's experience, one can only assume they mixed Birmingham Taxis up with another firm.

Rubbish. Ordered a taxi capable of taking passenger (my 88 year-old mother) in wheelchair from hospital to father's funeral (carefully told them all circumstances as times critical) & they failed to turn up. Seemed to think a text message - not received until after due time - was enough to avoid their breach of contract.
