Had a brilliant driver the other day from Interchange to BD3. Helped with my bags and waited 20 minutes as my train arrived late.

Lost my ID card while using this company on Sunday they found it for me and saved it and told me to come in and get. Good company and reliable

This firms prices are good compared to other taxi firms they are the cheapest! They also turn up on time, have friendly drivers to! Provide a good service overall!

I saw express driver racial abuse a man crossing Leeds road the sever got out off car to atack member off the public when phoned up to complane was told car number 22 black Audi do not use his taxi this man is giving good taxi firm bad name would not use sgain

Taxi fares are low, they are prompt on arrival! Use them often and have been happy with their service!

Extremely bad customer service. Was spoken to like an idiot by the operator. Not all of the drivers are bad ones but the majority not the greatest and should retake their test. I felt uncomfortable with some of the drivers on the rare occasion I've had to use them, as spoken to with 'attitude' but some of the older drivers are nice. I would rarely use this service, but now choose to commute by bus rather than use this bad attitude laden service.

I urge people to never use this company bad driving standards and abusive driver to other drivers, plus arrogant and dont care about the ciustoner base

I urge residents living in Shipley, Baildon and Saltaire not to use the services of Arrival Cars ! They clearly employ personnel who are untrustworthy - following a collision with my car the taxi driver who perpetrated this initially begged me not to report this incident to the Insurers and then later completely denied the fact that he caused this incident. His vehicle collided with the back of my car. Furthermore, after a period of several months he produced "witnesses" who allegedly saw what had transpired. Thanks to people like this it is no small wonder that Bradford has such an unenviable reputation!!!

basically this company arrival treated my daughter very bad she rang for a taxi operater on phone said 5 mins ten mins later rang again operater then arrogantly shouted at her on the phone also the driver she got was driving to fast nearly crashed in to another car and then had a nerve to charge her 2,50 more than her original fare when she does the journey twice a week told the boses and got sworn at

Crap firm. Drivers drive like maniacs. Speeding and half them smoking weed. Avoid. Reported to council

£23.50 For a 8 mile journey daylight robbery. Told it was because we had a 3 year old in the minibus so charged half again. Will never use this firm again disgusting

Disgusting £7.50 to go from bingley about 2.5 mile along a bypass to Keighley. Will never use again. Really poor value for money

VFM ? There was none of this today , Driver tried to over charge me by £12. 50 P Isn't something to worry about but the extortionate price he said to me was way out of order. Wont be using again sorry.

Excellent service from reception to drop off. Polite, helpful, friendly and professional. Always on time. Cars are clean and comfortable. The drivers have been very good company on fairly long journeys, quiet when you need it and full of interesting conversation when you're in the mood for a chat. Recommend this company without hesitation. Deserving of more than 5 stars!

Absolutely disgusting the way they spoke to me today after pre booking a minibus they swapped to 2 taxis (fine same price) then on route changed the price and told ffff lucky we got a taxi .drove like absolute idiots overtaking cars with my kids In the taxi . I will find who spoke to me and so help them avoid and use aa baildon much better service.

Absolutely appauled by the service. I will be posting on facebook and any other social media the atrocious behaviour/experience my daughter had today. Rude driver who abandoned a young lady mid journey despite her using the taxi firm at least 6/7 times a week. NEVER will i use this firm again and as i work in a local pub i will be sure to let all customers know!

Rubbish service long waiting time

Also trading as 247 cars same number & address claiming to specialise in airport transfers Whilst taxi arrived on time for transfer to airport driver didn't bother getting out of car to assist with luggage. Returning to Leeds I switched my mobile on once in the terminal building received a text saying they had cancelled the pick up. Called them was advised cancelled as I did not answer when driver called which was a bit difficult considering at the time of the call the aircraft was still at its cruising altitude. They argued the flight was late which it wasn't it was on time but the driver turned up 1 hour early this is despite them stating on web site "All our cars are fitted with flight trackers ensuring we don't turn up early or late for or to your flight." They also state if the driver does not present the card machine the journey is free I had to insist on card payment both ways. Contacted them for my fare refund not surprisingly no response

Douglas taxi customer service is super poor and makes someone vomit. So disgusting and should be banned. Scheduled a trip about 10 minutes earlier. They were not picking up calls as agreed. The guy told me that customers don't know anything including me and I can't be telling him how to talk to his customers after delaying me for extra 30 minutes. He banged the calls. He sent a driver after 10 minutes and expected me to wait for the driver having insulted me. He had the effrontery to call me later that his driver told him that I canceled the trip and started threatening me again on phone. Even added that they wont give me service if I call for any. Imagine such careless talk. The guy is so ridiculous and nasty on phone. He is capable of slapping customers if he had the opportunity to see customers. He is an example of appalling service. I have joined the number of customers that received demeaning service from this end-time taxi company. Their drivers appear to be good though.

last week the taxi driver insult me with harsh inappropriate words due to contact lense issues i complaint to the operator which he says it will never happen again, but today the operator himself been very very nasty, dont use them, they abuse you

I never use this taxi again they always late I miss my appointment with doctors today I wait 30 minutes and they close the phone when I still talking

Beware of a taxi driver driving a maroon Vauxhall Insignia badge number 6811. He started beeping his horn and flashing his lights because light had turned green but I was waiting for a lady to finish crossing the road with a pushchair and a small child. He then started sticking fingers up and swearing at me. He over took me on a busy road in traffic at 3.15 when schools had finished and put my life in danger, his own and the person driving on the opposite road. He found it extremely amusing braking after every few seconds and swearing to intimate me.
