Taxis in Guiseley, Leeds, West Yorkshire

Extremely bad customer service. Was spoken to like an idiot by the operator. Not all of the drivers are bad ones but the majority not the greatest and should retake their test. I felt uncomfortable with some of the drivers on the rare occasion I've had to use them, as spoken to with 'attitude' but some of the older drivers are nice. I would rarely use this service, but now choose to commute by bus rather than use this bad attitude laden service.

I urge people to never use this company bad driving standards and abusive driver to other drivers, plus arrogant and dont care about the ciustoner base

I urge residents living in Shipley, Baildon and Saltaire not to use the services of Arrival Cars ! They clearly employ personnel who are untrustworthy - following a collision with my car the taxi driver who perpetrated this initially begged me not to report this incident to the Insurers and then later completely denied the fact that he caused this incident. His vehicle collided with the back of my car. Furthermore, after a period of several months he produced "witnesses" who allegedly saw what had transpired. Thanks to people like this it is no small wonder that Bradford has such an unenviable reputation!!!

basically this company arrival treated my daughter very bad she rang for a taxi operater on phone said 5 mins ten mins later rang again operater then arrogantly shouted at her on the phone also the driver she got was driving to fast nearly crashed in to another car and then had a nerve to charge her 2,50 more than her original fare when she does the journey twice a week told the boses and got sworn at

Pre-booked taxi was very late and we were very lucky to make our travel connection, despite leaving plenty of time at the time of booking.

Fantastic service... Had a stroke 3 years ago and cant make it to shops on foot. Called Arrow and explained my situation. Picked me up in less than 5min with a smile took me to shop and waited for my return back home with a smile and a joke. It cost me less than £5 for a 5 star service! Well done Arrow... Well done tax driver!!! MANY THANKS.

I get phone calls from this company and I dont even use them, I checked the number via Google. I almost got mown down by Amber/Wheels taxi, maniac drivers, said the sun was in his eyes! Maniacs.

Driver 10504 (white Skoda) drives like a boy racer.. Overtook me on a bend in 20mph Tongue Lane, then brake tested me twice, all this with his passengers on board. Topped that off with speeding through 20/30mph zone. I caught up with the idiot on Parkside road/stonegate road lights. That must have annoyed him, all that boy racer driving Gained him no time over someone who obeys the speed limit.

This firm used to be good but have become one of the worst taxi firms in Leeds. Unreliable, sometimes they don't turn up at all, other times they are late. Increasing numbers of the drivers don't know enough about Leeds and take you way out of your way and cost you more on your fare. I've been using them since 2009 but I've deleted their number from my phone, I'll never use them again.

Quick prompt arrival always! Affordable fare prices, they have turned up in short time and never overcharged me in my time of using them.

Absolutely disgusting the way they spoke to me today after pre booking a minibus they swapped to 2 taxis (fine same price) then on route changed the price and told ffff lucky we got a taxi .drove like absolute idiots overtaking cars with my kids In the taxi . I will find who spoke to me and so help them avoid and use aa baildon much better service.

Had to get a Cab to work at the BRI. Driver turned up, but on the way i told him that i needed a receipt, he said that he did not have any, but will drop one off at my house later. i told him this TWICE!! Came home from work...........Nothing had been left behind the door. How Stupid are these Dummies. Tried to complain, but was told see manager in the morning. Uttery Useless!! As i work for the NHS, i was hoping for better service from them...Nothing!! AVOID!!!

This is the worst taxi company in the local area. Ignorant Pakistani drivers please stay away from this company.

My own experience with this company has been excellent,they arrive at requested time and I find drivers very pleasant and very helpful with luggage and bag handleing.

Wish I could just give 0 rating. 3rd time I have used tyersal taxis. The operator is rude disrespectful and doesn't listen and says his own thing. You try to sort things out but he wont have none of it! Appalling customer services

Beware of a taxi driver driving a maroon Vauxhall Insignia badge number 6811. He started beeping his horn and flashing his lights because light had turned green but I was waiting for a lady to finish crossing the road with a pushchair and a small child. He then started sticking fingers up and swearing at me. He over took me on a busy road in traffic at 3.15 when schools had finished and put my life in danger, his own and the person driving on the opposite road. He found it extremely amusing braking after every few seconds and swearing to intimate me.

Rang up and they was on time, if you need a taxi I would suggest giving this firm a call! Their fare prices are quite low and in the past when using them, they have been on time always.

Best taxi service always ontime, cars are clean its a pleasure to have great cheap service like Geo cars cheap fares would recommend!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Very unprofessional. Lied about time. Every single time they have been late. When enquiring how king operator gets very rude. Shocking. Needs to be reported to Bradford Council.

AVOID! I wonder where the driver got his license from. Very aggressive and rude bloke. Car was also a wreck and smelling pretty bad.

They are so rude and their attitude is appalling. They are never on time yet expect you to be waiting when they come, how can you do this when they never show up on time. I have used this firm and my family has for years, but the past year they have been horrific. They tell you to be outside at a certain time then are late, making you late for wherever you ate going and leaving you standing in the freezing cold or rain. So inconvenient and not what you expect from a tax service. 100 percent would not recommend. The people on the phone do not know how to operate good customer service skills and have also hung up in me numerous amounts of times.
