Taxis in Otley, West Yorkshire

Pre-booked taxi was very late and we were very lucky to make our travel connection, despite leaving plenty of time at the time of booking.

Absolutely disgusting the way they spoke to me today after pre booking a minibus they swapped to 2 taxis (fine same price) then on route changed the price and told ffff lucky we got a taxi .drove like absolute idiots overtaking cars with my kids In the taxi . I will find who spoke to me and so help them avoid and use aa baildon much better service.

In the past I have used Power because my friend recommended them. I have used them a lot to travel to BRI recently and had kind and courteous drivers. However, tonight I asked for a quote from Bradford to Liverpool . I offered to pay cash in advance I told the operator if they could do it for £100 they had a deal. He came back after speaking to " the Boss"the price was back up to £105. There are other Taxi firms. I booked Arrow cars- who would take cash or card. I am still paying £105. So Power- will not be using your services again! I thought cash was King- and I will pay Arrow cash if they prefer. Power Carz - your Boss lost you a customer!

Fantastic service... Had a stroke 3 years ago and cant make it to shops on foot. Called Arrow and explained my situation. Picked me up in less than 5min with a smile took me to shop and waited for my return back home with a smile and a joke. It cost me less than £5 for a 5 star service! Well done Arrow... Well done tax driver!!! MANY THANKS.

I get phone calls from this company and I dont even use them, I checked the number via Google. I almost got mown down by Amber/Wheels taxi, maniac drivers, said the sun was in his eyes! Maniacs.

Driver 10504 (white Skoda) drives like a boy racer.. Overtook me on a bend in 20mph Tongue Lane, then brake tested me twice, all this with his passengers on board. Topped that off with speeding through 20/30mph zone. I caught up with the idiot on Parkside road/stonegate road lights. That must have annoyed him, all that boy racer driving Gained him no time over someone who obeys the speed limit.

This firm used to be good but have become one of the worst taxi firms in Leeds. Unreliable, sometimes they don't turn up at all, other times they are late. Increasing numbers of the drivers don't know enough about Leeds and take you way out of your way and cost you more on your fare. I've been using them since 2009 but I've deleted their number from my phone, I'll never use them again.

Quick prompt arrival always! Affordable fare prices, they have turned up in short time and never overcharged me in my time of using them.

Very happy with the service. . Never been let down. I have used arrow and amber and I was never satisfied. As a young women its not a nice feeling getting into taxis late at night but with new furlongs I actually feel safe. I highly recommend this taxi firm.

Terrible, the driver picked up somebody else down the road and drove straight past me. Never again, woukd rather walk.

AWFUL! TERRIBLE SERVICE! WILL NOT USE AGAIN! We have been using Girlington for several years and have been recommending it to family and friends BUT NOT ANY MORE! They occasionally mess up a BOOKING but yesterday was the WORST! I needed to get to work early so I booked the NIGHT BEFORE requesting a school drop and a 2nd drop in town for my teenage children. At 6AM I confirmed the booking and was told it was booked. I got to work but my children let me know that the taxi was 15 minutes late - so when I telephoned these COWBOYS: the operator let it slip that the taxi had not even been DISPATCHED! I asked how long it would be and he said 5 minutes (don't ever believe when a taxi operator says "5 minutes"). The taxi arrived 45 minutes LATE - 45 minutes!!! What is the point of booking a taxi when they don't even bother to dispatch your taxi until you telephone them numerous times. We will use another taxi from now on - this lot should change their name to "Clowns All Over".

They are good with the service, drivers are safe, fare prices are low.

Used this taxi once I was short of money at the end as the fare came to 5.50! The driver let me off, this firm was quick and driver was friendly.

Extremely bad customer service. Was spoken to like an idiot by the operator. Not all of the drivers are bad ones but the majority not the greatest and should retake their test. I felt uncomfortable with some of the drivers on the rare occasion I've had to use them, as spoken to with 'attitude' but some of the older drivers are nice. I would rarely use this service, but now choose to commute by bus rather than use this bad attitude laden service.

I urge people to never use this company bad driving standards and abusive driver to other drivers, plus arrogant and dont care about the ciustoner base

I urge residents living in Shipley, Baildon and Saltaire not to use the services of Arrival Cars ! They clearly employ personnel who are untrustworthy - following a collision with my car the taxi driver who perpetrated this initially begged me not to report this incident to the Insurers and then later completely denied the fact that he caused this incident. His vehicle collided with the back of my car. Furthermore, after a period of several months he produced "witnesses" who allegedly saw what had transpired. Thanks to people like this it is no small wonder that Bradford has such an unenviable reputation!!!

basically this company arrival treated my daughter very bad she rang for a taxi operater on phone said 5 mins ten mins later rang again operater then arrogantly shouted at her on the phone also the driver she got was driving to fast nearly crashed in to another car and then had a nerve to charge her 2,50 more than her original fare when she does the journey twice a week told the boses and got sworn at
