Awful. Rang for a taxi for myself and my two children, and was told it would be 30 minutes. Waited 45 minutes to allow them time and when I called back they denied I had called. Even though I recalled the same number from the same mobile. Appalling service. They dont care and are out and out liars.

Even though the driver went in the wrong direction which added £10 to the usual fare he insisted on the amount showing on the meter.

had the worst experience from this company tonight, the woman who answers calls has spoken to us awfully and made a really bad name for the company i have used this company for a very long time youre taxi drivers are lovely but id consider hiring a new operator her attitude is awful and so unhelpful, will never ever use this company again, consider hiring staff who are polite

While I accept that it's busy in the mornings and bad weather doesn't help, 2 and a half hours for a taxi is an absolute joke!!!! I booked on the app which allows you to track your driver, after waiting an hour? My booking suddenly said cancelled, when I called they said driver cancelled as he had been and it was a no job, I had been tracking the driver and he had deffinatly not been. I imagion he couldn't find my address? So instead of cancelling it and lying why not just phone me, I could have directed him or met him somewhere!! REALLY REALLY annoys me! I then had to wait a further hour and a half making me very late for work! As a regular customer I m so dissapointed! Magnum whiteline you should be ashamed of yourselves, you will end up losing a lot of customers!

They are always late. 10-15 minutes is common. They lie when you phone to chase. Sometimes bookings made in the evening for the morning are forgotten.

If I could Id give this company -4 stars I would do in a heart beat! Every single time I prebook a taxi for a certain time or even just ordering one they have me waiting for 30 minutes or more. I only use taxis to get from one job to another if Im running late ect. I dont mind waiting 10/15 minutes for a taxi but when they say that and then its still not there 30 minutes later. So when you ring up to see where your taxi is they either hang up or lie n say theyll be there in a couple of minutes yet another 15 minutes go by and youre still waiting. Absolute joke of a company this is.

Ordered at 12 11, still waiting after 1 o'clock, 10 mins the operator said, said was at. Mcdonalds be 5 mins, got the location te t through and driver is at gooddhaw, completely opposite direction and no chance of getting here in 4 or 5 m8ns.

The driver refused to let my daughter out of the car AFTER she paid!! he was more interested in if she had a boyfriend and keeping her in the car DO NOT use these taxis

Shocking service they left my 70year old grandparents stranded in Manchester. We pre booked the taxi 72 hours before hand. When we rang to see where they were the woman hung up. Ended up phoning a Manchester firm who pocketed the ?25 journey back to Radcliffe.

Absolutely terrible, said a taxi would be 5 minutes, 25 minutes later and I'm still stood in the rain waiting for the taxi, so then I ring the taxi firm only to have the phone put down on me by the woman, I ring back again and ask to speak to the manager, the woman was very rude and refused to put me through to her manager at all, then put the phone down again because I apparently swore, which I didn't, Then when the "taxi" did arrive it wasn't a taxi at all, it was a minicab when I specifically asked for a taxi, taxi was unclean and dirty and the taxi driver kept coughing all over and not covering his mouth, to top it all off the driver tried to charge me ?6 for going 1.5 miles, when I've used taxis to and from the same destination which usually come to around ?3.70

Quite a fast driver which makes the agony of watching the meter a little easier to bear!

Absolutely awful - take an age to arrive and don't pick up the phone.
