Never again. They gave my pre-booked can to someone else after 5 years of regular loyal use. Not to be trusted.

AVOID AT ALL COST!!! Absolutely disgusted by this company lately what has gone so wrong. Masons used to be such a reliable company to get from A to B now your very lucky if you can even get car even if you've pre ordered months in advance you then get a call cancelling as there is no drivers. What cab company have little to no drivers on shift specially of a weekend such a let down. Thought it was maybe just a one off so gave them another try this weekend as masons have always been my go to spoke with a lady on the phone to try to book a cab to pick up from the west end to be told yet again there were no drivers. The lady on the phone didnt even try to help just seemed like she didnt want to be there either. At least before when the man answered the phone he would be apologetic and try and help in some way after using this company for 20+ year its now time use somewhere else. Mount Cars were amazing and got a car to me ASAP and got me home safely Saturday night.

Took a cab today from Woodford Green to Buckhurst Hill and back again to pick up my special needs sister because of the bad conditions. I was charged £18 and asked to pay cash! When I queried this I was told that this frequently happens with this driver, he had registered a lot less, and the managers don't care - how is this right?!

Drivers are late, the people on the call center very rude, and some of the drivers do not have navigation system!

Great company! Cabs are always on time or early, drivers and controllers are all very friendly and helpful. Would recommend this cab company without a doubt.

Abusive and aggressive behaviour from driver. Booked the cab and we asked if he would not mind waiting for a few seconds four our son. He said ok then soon after became aggressive and abusive then threw told us in an aggressive tone to get out his cab.

AVOID !!!! quoted me an airport pickup but then charged me more money at the end for no reason at all!! driver even came late to pick up then they broke my suitcase when the driver put it in the car, a £200 brand new suitcase unusable now honestly avoid at all costs !!!!! unprofessional driver on the day - called to speak to manager - even more unprofessional, decided to argue on the phone with me instead!

Same happened to me yesterday. Standard is going downhill.

Fabulous service from start to finish.. always straight forward and easy, never had an issue. Have been using them for over 10 years now, wouldn't use anyone else.. keep up the good work!

I used chingford mount for more than a year! I never had a problem! tonight I called to them and it was very ugly to me and my phone was closed in my nose! I'm kidding them time! he speaks very badly with clients answering the phone

Extremely rude lady on the phone. very impatient and fretful lady on the phone, who simply would not listen to what i was trying to explain.

I have used chingford cars daily for a number of years never being able to fault them until recent months, this service in my opinion has gone straight down the drain! The Cab drivers make up their own fairs or just dont give you your change and theyre so rude! especially to children, other than the 1 lady on the phone who is always extremely helpful if your wronged by this service dont expect customer service, you may get an apology or just hung up on, the amount of times Ive had problems with this station is now disappointing! A few of the old drivers do a good job but whatever has changed, change it backkk!!!

Never come on time sending driver without experience very bad service ... sometimes even rude

Very bad experience... Everytime i called them they are not in time or never showed up.. They have no courtesy to call the customer or compensate the customer.. And they will never understand the urgency of the customers.. No matter u called them hour before or 10 mins before the time they will make you late for your appointments and you will have a loss... Not recommended at all.. This is my 8 and last experience...
