i writing this on behalf of my 80yr old disabled mum she had an awful experience with u last wed night 29th march she went to orpington tescos was dropped of with one of ur drivers and had a return booked for 45 mins later she waited taxi didnt turn up after 45 mins plus she waited 45 mins rang and asked where it was they cancelled it because they said she wasnt there she was there u just didnt bloody look she.s severly disabled cant walk far everybody seen how distressed she was and helped her even an ambulance driver offered to help her but thankfully a lovely man and his wife took my mum so thanks for ur crap service if thats how u treat ur customers u can stick ur so called service where the sun dont shine so she wont b using ur service learn to look after ur customers because without them ur have no job disgrace should b ashamed of urselves to treat an 80 yr old disabled lady like that

I have used cannon cars to the airports and local runs over this year they are always on time and have never let me down I would just like to say they are Amazing

Not sure if I have the right company but the gentleman was not rude, patient courteous and the gentleman was quite courteous at the end of the ride he asked me to do him a favor. I enjoyed the service and The View. And I I would like to say thank you.

I WOULD URGE NOT TO USE! Late is an understatement! Waited well over an hour 75mins in FACT when told driver would be within 30mins ! Absolute joke of a service!:

We used Cannon Cars for the first time yesterday after being let down by 3 Uber drivers and I will definitely be using Cannon Cars again for any future trips I need! Our driver arrived to us as fast as possible and she was so so friendly which made us feel so comfortable the whole journey. Would definitely recommend!

It was easy to book and driver picked me up on time. BUT when pre booking on the phone I was told I could pay cash only so I went out to withdraw on the fee for my trip to the airport which was a fixed fee stated on the website. Once at the airport I am asked to pay £14 more. I told the driver I only have the exact amount stated on the tariff page on the website so he calls the office to discuss. The person on speaker tells me the website is old, that I should have checked at the bottom of the page when it was built, that I should have asked the exact amount on the phone, that someone has bought the business etc etc. I said if they know the tariffs are wrong they should be informing their customers, and update it. eventually the driver takes out a card machine (!!!) so I ended up paying the higher fee as I felt uncomfortable in the situation. To me it felt a bit dodgy and I am wondering how many people book it thinking they will pay X but end up paying Y.

Awful service and misleading prices. They change the rates as they please with the excuse the website is not updated. Make yourself a favour and use other services.

Rude receptionist, unprofessional and is not even taking time to process the information you give them. This is the second time they hang up on us. Do yourself a service and use another cab company

Absolutely awful service, cars smell and so do some of the drivers. They are opinionated and ask me to give them directions. Tend to use Sams cars or Uber more professional

Absolutely awful service did not show up. Called after waiting 40 minutes which I was told would be a 10 min wait to chase up only to be told by control they would need to rebook! yet another 40 minute wait in the cold and rain with bags of shopping. So 80 minutes for apparently "cab is on it's way." Third time this has happend will not use this company again. AVOID. Unless you like melted shopping.

Always on time very reliable service

Horrible!!! Booked a Cab from the local area and I had to wait 40 minutes for it!! And to make matters worse..the were charging me 20 pounds more than the usual price!! So I opted for another Cab Office.

Awful service, booked a cab on a sunday to take me to work in Dartford on Monday morning, and they gave me a quote of ?23. Monday morning comes, they arrive at the right time and as I'm getting in, tell me that the office gave me the wrong price and forgot about the toll bridge, that the price is now ?35 that's ?12 in the difference without any warning! the toll is only ?2 each way. I personally think this is disgusting, if a price was agreed then it is not the customers fault if your office made a mistake. I called another cab company in the end, I will not be using this firm again.

Called for a fixed price the day before the journey yet when turned up charged 2.5 times more and insisted on money up front.Will not use again especially as this was a charitable donation journey.

They were an hour late picking us up from Heathrow in the middle of the night. We were told multiple lies from both the driver and operator. No reasonable explanation was given and my complaints since have been completely ignored. Still had to pay full price for the “service”. If you dont want a highly stressful journey, use another firm.

Absolutely terrible service. Booked a cab the night before for 7.45am got to 8.00am and hadn't arrived so phoned to see where it was and was told we don't go by times and although you booked for 7.45am you get whatever is in the area at the time and it is going to be another 30mins till they get there. 40mins later get a text saying on its way then 2 mins later saying it will be another 10mins. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND this company to my worst enemy it was that bad, don't offer a service if you cannot provide that service. Will never use again.
