This company is very sly when it comes to paying for your fare. They quote a price and take more..please get you quote in writing and check you statement immediately.

What an amazing taxi driver! Had a nice car and was lovely to talk to all the way to destination.

Have this driver who takes us to airports occasionally. Just been picked up from Heathrow Terminal 5. Communication via messages before we were ready to come out was absolutely superb. He was parked somewhere outside the Terminal and didn't mind waiting at all which actually took us about an hour before we came out.

Never again. They gave my pre-booked can to someone else after 5 years of regular loyal use. Not to be trusted.

Worst ever taxi service ever. Booked for 12:15, nothing arrived. Parents waited for over 1.5 hours and were 2 hours late for my party. Terrible, I wish that I could award 0.

DO NOT USE!!! They are the worsst taxi service i have ever come across. They might be a little cheaper but that is also the quailty of service you are privided with. Those answering the phone are not helpful when they get it wrong and they are never ever on time. Very unreliable and unhelpful. My score is actually 0 not 1 star.

If I could I could leave zero stars. I rung this company 18:00pm and was quoted a fixed prices of £20 from Hertford to Harlow. Later in the evening I went onto their app and booked a cab, 4 times which was at a fixed price in which was cancelled every time! I then called myself to explain that I had been quoted a price numerous times. When I then rung in person to see why my booking was cancelled each time, the woman on the phone was very unhelpful and told me that my cab would be £30 even though I had explained to her that I had been quoted £20 5 times!! She was very unresponsive and unwilling to follow what had been quoted to me online and on the phone. I have screen shots of them quoting me a fixed priced. I wont be calling this company again where they offer one service at a fixed price and charge another! Please future customers be aware of this and make sure you get clarification on your price when booking a cab.

Fantastic service couldn't fault them in anyway 5***** plus being based at harlow train station is fantastic never waiting more than a few mins for a taxi to get home thank you guys

Always late.& a lot of time don't trun up.only use them because they cheaper & not on a meter.

Unreliable and v rude. Paid a £35 deposit for drop off and collection from Dalston at 3am. No one turned up after an hour of waiting around, no explanation. Went to speak to the manager at the cab office to reclaim my money and submit a complaint. Lady on the desk has zero customer service skills, rude and pass the buck style management. Gave the benefit of the doubt tried to book again from Ongar to Abbey early morning, car never turned up 'flat tyre', Again booked from abbey to abbey 'some one sick in the car' no one turned up. Do no use this firm particularly for a night/early hours return as it is honestly pot luck depending on whether the driver can be bothered to do the job. Just a general shambles and the owner is v abrupt and careless.

Shocking service, turned up late to the airport and then with a car that was too small despite specifically asking for a larger car. Very poor end to a holiday. Will never use again.

AVOID AT ALL COST!!! Absolutely disgusted by this company lately what has gone so wrong. Masons used to be such a reliable company to get from A to B now your very lucky if you can even get car even if you've pre ordered months in advance you then get a call cancelling as there is no drivers. What cab company have little to no drivers on shift specially of a weekend such a let down. Thought it was maybe just a one off so gave them another try this weekend as masons have always been my go to spoke with a lady on the phone to try to book a cab to pick up from the west end to be told yet again there were no drivers. The lady on the phone didnt even try to help just seemed like she didnt want to be there either. At least before when the man answered the phone he would be apologetic and try and help in some way after using this company for 20+ year its now time use somewhere else. Mount Cars were amazing and got a car to me ASAP and got me home safely Saturday night.

Took a cab today from Woodford Green to Buckhurst Hill and back again to pick up my special needs sister because of the bad conditions. I was charged £18 and asked to pay cash! When I queried this I was told that this frequently happens with this driver, he had registered a lot less, and the managers don't care - how is this right?!

Drivers are late, the people on the call center very rude, and some of the drivers do not have navigation system!

Great company! Cabs are always on time or early, drivers and controllers are all very friendly and helpful. Would recommend this cab company without a doubt.

Abusive and aggressive behaviour from driver. Booked the cab and we asked if he would not mind waiting for a few seconds four our son. He said ok then soon after became aggressive and abusive then threw told us in an aggressive tone to get out his cab.

I was driven home by a lovely chap in a black Mazda. We had a really interesting conversation about Stevenage FC. Good driving and he even let me off 20p! Thanks Broxbourne Station Cars!

There can be a long queue leaving the station car park during peak times - Broxbourne Station Cars are dangerous and rude! They cut across lanes and push into the front of the queue. They're quick to expect you to let them in and out of the station car park but never let you go in return. Sometimes they even drive the wrong way up the one-way path down to the station building!

Disgusting service. Recorded the driver and the way he spoke to me and my friends so that I can show the station, never am I ever getting into a cab with them again. I felt scared, three 22 year old women with the driver swearing at us and making us feel uneasy. Do not use Broxbourne station cars.

Short wait and the price seemed fair
