The booking was excellent(Rick was very helpful, courteous and beat the lowest quote I had, whilst actually taking note and consideration to arrange an appropriate driver for my elderly father too!)The lovely driver was on time, very helpful,kind and patiently waited and assisted my father too. Will be using again and highly recommended

I use to use Angel Cab Service when lived in London, few years ago, always without any issues. Last time I used them back in 2014 and now 6 years later I am back living in London and start to use them again. Same polite drivers, clean cars and very reasonable fare prices. I work in Wembley since 2004 and I can truly recommend this services. You will get home save and sound!

WORST SERVICE AROUND Unreliable UNHELPFULL I would give a 0 star if possible I called 24 hours in advance Ordered a car and very clearly said 5 passengers 4 suitcases 1 buggy A 6 seater with no luggage space comes.. He puts down the back seats and has us 5 passengers sitting on 3 seats as we needed the front and back seats for luggage space Halfway through the journey his supervisor told him he wasn't allowed to do it and the driver dropped us ofd at Tesco car park After speaking to angels cars from wembley They admitted they listened to all phone conversations and we had given the correct information They admitted they made a mistake with the booking. Angels cars were not willing to cover the other taxi that had to come and get us.. We had To wait there for a hour And Im going to tell them that unless they cover the cost of the taxi that took us home I'm not taking this post down.. So if you see it up then they haven't bothered with any basic customer service and comp

Had an excellent driver, very kind and helpful. First time using this service. Will use again if they continue to be this brilliant. Scheduled booking on long trips also saves £££ as they offer flat rate fees, better than per mile/minute of the likes of Uber. Thank you

Very good on time service and fare prices

Absolutely disgusted by the service. The driver was rude, arrived 40 mins late and spoke to my elderly parents with no respect. This is not the service someone should receive when they are coming back from a holiday. They were absolutely disappointed with the service and I for sure will not be using them for any of my businesses or clients now or in the future!!! No manners at all!!! The worst service in the world. What a waste of money and overpriced too!

Very dodgy dealers Shut them down immediately We trust a taxi driver to go to a certain place on time but if you call these people you will be waiting for ever they also deny your booking. They dont send a text message to confirm your booking that should tell you these people are dodgy need to be monitored.

0 Star. Idiots. If you cannot provide a taxi then say so, dont make promises and then excuses like tyre puncture, driver had an accident, mother died cannot come, what ever excuse you come up with will happen to you. Do you have families do you want your families to be cheated like you do it to other people then be it. I booked for drop and pick I am still waiting to be picked up they said the driver is 5 minutes away now is a day gone where is your driver may be dead on the way.? People like you shouldnt run businesses like this you should be shut down immediately. I was waiting with my child to be picked up at 21.00 pm still waiting idiots go to hell. I had to call another taxi they arrived not only on time but also £10.00 cheaper. Remove this taxi firm from the local list.

Unfortunately i can't give 0 stars . After 30 min of waiting in front of my haisr with the booking made 1 day earlier they just didn't come . After 3 calls with the controler where he told me a cab will come the 4th time he said the driver had an accident half an hour before he was supposed to pick me up. Obviously i think it's an excuse but if it was true they could have let me me know so wouldn't wait 30 min for nothing. Never again

Bad service. Cab arrived almost 40 mins late. The company replied to my complain with just a "sorry", stating that it is one of the cheapest on the markets and therefore implying that I should accept this inconvenience as it was something normal. Any other company would reimburse me for this damage (I missed an important meeting because of this and I could have missed my flight) or at least give me a discount. Absolutely not professional.

Driver was horrible & extremely rude

I used this taxi service for nearly 10 yrs and never had any major issues. However in recent times some of the drivers experience was very bad. The worst experience I had when I was charged £14 for luton airport parking when the agreed fee was £34. The driver kept saying he waited in parking, when I know from expereince of ordering cabs to pick up at luton airport over 100 times they park a little out so the heavy parking fees is not payable and only arrive in parkway once spoken to passenger on arrival. The driver was extremely rude and after arguments refused to take money arrogantly. He clearly lied about the wait time. anyways I wanted to pay the money to the driver so I offered him the money to close the argument, but he walked off. We went to the office to pay money and the owner took the £34 plus the £14 parking charges. After using them for 10 years this is was extremely disappointing. I am never going to use this service again.

I've found the various drivers (and even the guy on the phone taking my details) to be consistently rude. Ive used them about 5 times. I dont use them anymore.

There is a particular member of staff, who has driven me twice and both times he used the phrase " that's not my problem" whenever I shared a concern of not reaching to my destination on time or finding the destination. The second time around, prior to picking me up he called me said "You cannot be late before he even reached the pick up address". He dropped me at the side of the street with my two large luggage, knowing that was not the destination I was intending to go to. I travel a lot by cabs/taxis and the drivers would always ride me to the door where I agree to be dropped off. This driver stopped the car and started taking my suitcases out and said "its not my problem you cannot find the door number, this is the postcode". Then he asked for the cash and rushed off for his next "job". I find him extremely rude, I would not recommend getting a ride specially from this driver. Very unpleasant for someone who travels frequently. Ruined my day.

Good clean cars. Always on time and reasonable fares. Highly recommended.
