    • Don't know about other users ...but booked SKY Cabs several months ago ....was cheapest quote I had ...driver on time ...and after all our Goodbyes ..waited for nearly 10 minutes and wouldn't charge more ...brilliant service and driver couldn't be nicer !!

    • Terrible service for airport pickup. Driver was late, had to spend ten minutes on the phone negotiating to get him to pick me up in the terminal which is standard with all other services I have ever used, he complained repeatedly about having to pay for parking and could barely make himself understood in English, and did not take my bags. Called controller and was yelled at for complaining and told I was in the wrong for not specifying in terminal pickup. Never using again.

    • It's rubbish the only reason I use it is because it's cheap. They once never even turned up and I waited 3 hour until the 1st train started running. And drivers end up over charging. Don't even use

    • If I could give no star I would. Shocking from start to finish. Prebooked a taxi from Gatwick that arrived an hour late. When we called to complain to controller, a rude obnoxious man, said there was nothing he could do and put the phone down. When we told the driver about his attitude he said we weren't alone with having problems with the MOT. Don't bother using if you want reliable, prompt and friendly service!

    • Very dodgy dealers Shut them down immediately We trust a taxi driver to go to a certain place on time but if you call these people you will be waiting for ever they also deny your booking. They dont send a text message to confirm your booking that should tell you these people are dodgy need to be monitored.

    • 0 Star. Idiots. If you cannot provide a taxi then say so, dont make promises and then excuses like tyre puncture, driver had an accident, mother died cannot come, what ever excuse you come up with will happen to you. Do you have families do you want your families to be cheated like you do it to other people then be it. I booked for drop and pick I am still waiting to be picked up they said the driver is 5 minutes away now is a day gone where is your driver may be dead on the way.? People like you shouldnt run businesses like this you should be shut down immediately. I was waiting with my child to be picked up at 21.00 pm still waiting idiots go to hell. I had to call another taxi they arrived not only on time but also £10.00 cheaper. Remove this taxi firm from the local list.

    • Unfortunately i can't give 0 stars . After 30 min of waiting in front of my haisr with the booking made 1 day earlier they just didn't come . After 3 calls with the controler where he told me a cab will come the 4th time he said the driver had an accident half an hour before he was supposed to pick me up. Obviously i think it's an excuse but if it was true they could have let me me know so wouldn't wait 30 min for nothing. Never again

    • Bad service. Cab arrived almost 40 mins late. The company replied to my complain with just a "sorry", stating that it is one of the cheapest on the markets and therefore implying that I should accept this inconvenience as it was something normal. Any other company would reimburse me for this damage (I missed an important meeting because of this and I could have missed my flight) or at least give me a discount. Absolutely not professional.

    • Awesome service. The driver arrived a few minutes before scheduled time. Car was clean. We also had some great conversation. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience. Most importantly, I got to the airport in good time!
