Taxis in LE11

I will most certainly use this taxi firm for a number of reasons- It was on time. The driver was polite, helpful. He did not make any fuss about the fact that we caused him some delay. ( we were not quite ready for the agreed pick up time) His driving was safe and he got us to the airport on time. The fare was competitive and taxi was roomy and clean.

I rang this other taxi firm and was let down by them, then got recommended to call kaycabs which offered a fast and reliable service. Got to the airport on time. I will be using kaycabs in the future.

I recently used Kaycabs, the service was so friendly and I was so impressed at how nice the taxi driver was, he helped me with my luggage, not many taxi drivers offer to carry luggage. I will definitely use Kaycabs again and will recommend it to all my friends and family. 5 star service!

I would just like to mention that I have just had a lovely taxi man take me to the train station. He was very helpful and polite in aiding me into and out of the car which is of a great help for me these days as i am a bit unsteady under foot these days. I don't use taxis very often and the whole experience today has made look forward to booking Loughborough Taxis again.... I'm not sure of the nice man that came to get me.. It would be great to have hime again.. I wonder if that is possible?

Disgusting service! No customer skills what-so-ever! Man was abusive on the phone when I rang to complain about our taxi that never arrived! We will NEVER EVER be using this company again!

The driver opened the door for me which was spectacular and out of this world. The driver was a gentleman, friendly, extraordinary,helpful and supportive. Therefore my journey was comfortable and enjoyable.

I couldn't fault the service today. The driver was very polite and helpful. It was a very smooth ride to the hospital which I appreciated with a poorly patient. Once our appointment was finished and I phoned the office to return home, the driver arrived chirpy within 15 minutes. Again, he was polite and helpful throughout.

what a waste of space these people are. my wife phoned for a taxi at 6.15 am to arrive for pick up at 6.45am. she received a conformation text to say it was booked. at 6.50 the taxi had not arrived so we called back to be told no booking had mean made.they must be the most unreliable taxi company ive ever come accross. extremely disappointed.would not reccomend to anyone in the future.

As a member of a catholic school they did not come across as very catholic.

rubbish service rip off prices and rude staff ive stopped using them and now use the other taxi office on the corner of station street and london road ist much better cheaper and quicker
