    • Awful. Never use these people. Booked well in advance. Left myself and 5 children stranded out in the middle of nowhere. Lied to me on the phone about whereabouts of driver. Said they'd book another buy didn't. Eventually managed to get someone one and a half hours later. Late at night. Then charged me over ?10 more the quoted price. Just awful.

    • Horrible service. Ordered a pet friendly taxi the day before travelling. In the morning a normal cab arrived with a confused rude driver who refused to take the dog. He contacted the office and they said that there are no pet friendly cars available at this time. Had to run to get to the vet's on time. Awful, incompetent company, will never use again.

    • Generally good drivers if you can get a cab in the first place, rude operators, jobs not booked when they say they are, and they screen calls. Avoid this company they couldnt care less about customer service.

    • Increadbly rude telephone receptionist!!! Horrendous service waiting for 40 minuets for our taxi not to show and to be told when rang back that we had to wait a further 2p mins. Discusing. To top it off they then screaned our calls. Completly rude!!!

Received text confirmation the same day of pickup, however minibus didn't turn up, leaving us without transport on Brighton seafront in the freezing cold. Phone isn't answered. I'm deeply unsure how this company is still trading - would advise to book elsewhere.

    • They also didn't turn up to collect 14 guests after our daughter's wedding. They were left stranded and we had to drive them home ourselves at 2 am, 1 hour away from the venue. They promised me that I would be refunded fully, but 8 weeks later, I'm still waiting for the money. Also, their website is a total lie. I am in the process of making an official complaint both to the local licensing authority and Trading Standards. It's shocking that this company is allowed to operate at all.

    • I booked in advance with them from heathrow to brighton,, and when I arrived with other 10 passengers they did not turn up!!! and their reason was the driver does not want to come!!!! It is really distruptive service!!!

    • Unreliable. Despite booking and obtaining writen confirmation over 3 weeks in advance, a mini bus for 9 people, the taxi didn't turn up, leaving us all stranded.
