Taxis in RM1

Had someone say to me whats wrong with me to call back after they took 30 minutes extra, should be cut off Bd Tom a cab service very rude and impolite people running this firm King regaurds..

Very disappointed with the service and the firm my daughters got a cab realise they got their destination wrong and the cab driver asked them to leave the cab or pay up ,they explain to the driver the father was going to pay the other and I can call to confirm but instead he insisted they leave his cab. To ask two young girls to To leave the vehicle in a very strange location that they dont know where they are its very disheartening and very disgusting at this firm so be aware if youre sending children to school or paying the other end

Booked a cab. Received a text message saying,”your cab has been cancelled as you havent shown up”. Sat ringing other cab services to get home.

I used Havering Minicabs once and Spoke to a polite gentleman who helped me with the inquiry. I use them every day and recommend them to all. They have very polite drivers and nice cars....

I would give it 0 stars if I could. Made gf late for work and ruined what would have otherwise been a brilliant weekend. DO NOT USE!!

Awful. Was told to wait 15 minutes. Got a call 5 minutes later that I missed as I was getting ready, so he didn't show up. When I called back he was still at the office, was rude and then came to the pick up. I received a text quoting a price then the driver tried saying it was more because I couldn't answer the phone. All other cabbies just come to pick up, will not use again and recommend using another, better service like alphabry or alpha in the Dagenham area.

Do not use this cab service. Double fare even though single fare stated on card over festive season Rubbish. Rubbish. Rubbish

Not child-friendly, rude, careless people. Do I need to pay to get annoyed? Nope. There are always lots of other providers who would love to get my money and give me a smile.

You can book a cab. It'll send you a text when the cab is dispatched. And it's reasonably priced!! Wow
