Taxis in RM11

Had someone say to me whats wrong with me to call back after they took 30 minutes extra, should be cut off Bd Tom a cab service very rude and impolite people running this firm King regaurds..

Rang for a quote for an airport return, told him 4 people & 4 cases. He asked me what car I wanted. I said I didn't know what cars were in his fleet but needed one big enough for 4 people & 4 cases. Heblew a big sigh and then hung up. Going to book somewhere with a better customer service

All I did was try and get a quote for a return taxi to Gatwick. The bloke was so rude, he didnt understand what a hold-all was and then hung up. I wont be bothering with them.

Poor service constantly. Drivers are rude.

I booked a Cab and it arrived 2 minutes after and the price was totally reasonable!! Good job..keep up

You can book a cab. It'll send you a text when the cab is dispatched. And it's reasonably priced!! Wow

Not child-friendly, rude, careless people. Do I need to pay to get annoyed? Nope. There are always lots of other providers who would love to get my money and give me a smile.

Great service, on time & friendly Also when I didn't realise I left my bag on the back seat with my phone, cards & money in, the driver handed it in to the office for me to collect. Thank you.

Terrible cab company, booked a cab in-advance for morning pick-up. Cab didn't arrive, and when I called, I was told I would need to wait 15-20 minutes. No respect for customers, I would not recommend.

Terrible service, booked car over 30 mins late

Horrible!!! Booked a Cab from the local area and I had to wait 40 minutes for it!! And to make matters worse..the were charging me 20 pounds more than the usual price!! So I opted for another Cab Office.

Awful service, booked a cab on a sunday to take me to work in Dartford on Monday morning, and they gave me a quote of ?23. Monday morning comes, they arrive at the right time and as I'm getting in, tell me that the office gave me the wrong price and forgot about the toll bridge, that the price is now ?35 that's ?12 in the difference without any warning! the toll is only ?2 each way. I personally think this is disgusting, if a price was agreed then it is not the customers fault if your office made a mistake. I called another cab company in the end, I will not be using this firm again.

Absolutely awful service, cars smell and so do some of the drivers. They are opinionated and ask me to give them directions. Tend to use Sams cars or Uber more professional

Absolutely awful service did not show up. Called after waiting 40 minutes which I was told would be a 10 min wait to chase up only to be told by control they would need to rebook! yet another 40 minute wait in the cold and rain with bags of shopping. So 80 minutes for apparently "cab is on it's way." Third time this has happend will not use this company again. AVOID. Unless you like melted shopping.

Always on time very reliable service

Fantastic looking cab. Had blue footwell lights that made the car look amazing and wonderful drive.

I booked this company on mincabbit and was expecting it at 3.10. at 3.15, I call the cab company and ask them where it is and they say they didnt recieve confirmation of the booking from minicabbit and they will send another car within 10 mins. At this point im already late for my appointment but I say yes after an argument with the person on the phone who then hung up on me. Once I informed my appointment that I will be late they decided to cancel. At the same time the driver was just arriving. I was about to call them to cancel but at that moment the driver calls and and I was about to explain the situation as well as apoligise for the inconvienience even though it was not my fault to begin with. The driver barely listens, calls me stupid twice and hangs up. When I called the company to complain, I got no appoligy and was told they needed to hear the drivers side of the story as if i was lying.... In short, dont bother with this company. Youll be better of walking than using them.

Excellent service, driver arrived on time in a clean vehicle, and knew his way around the roads to avoid traffic and get to the airports. Comfortable ride too. Highly recommended !

I've used them more times than I could count, and never have they disappointed. So much safer and reliable than other minicabs, I really would never use another Taxi .Alpha cars rock.

first class cheap and reliable
