On the 17th of this month I had booked a train to London. This was to pickup a van Id bought. On the 15th I pre-booked a taxi. I booked 50 minutes before the trip “just in case” any issues. The journey to the train station being 10 minutes. I spoke to an actual person when booking. On the day at the designated time no taxi I didnt panic I gave them 5 minutes before ringing to chase up. I got through to an answering service “ Hi Phil we assume you are ringing about your taxi, we are just trying to allocate a driver at this time”. Or words similar. And for the next 1/2 hour thats all I got when ringing!! All my planning was a waste of time. I booked the train in advance at the cost of £60. I then re-booked for a couple of hours later for about £70. I booked Direct taxis to get me to the station, who actually turned up! And I continued my day.

DO NOT USE THIS TAXI FIRM EVER I booked a cab for 1130pm going from Lymm to Warrington before I read the reviews on here. I read the reviews and was not confident that the taxi would even turn up. I tried to book a different taxi firm but they were fully booked so had no choice. The taxi didn't turn up on time and when it was chased up a vague response was given to when it might turn up. Eventually after 20 mins of waiting we had to cancel the taxi and inconvenience someone else to do the journey. We received no apology from the company. Just all round poor company. DON NOT USE THIS TAXI FIRM EVER.

Worst taxis going. My son was late for school over half an hour because we booked a taxi and I didnt turn up, waiting and ringing for over 40 minutes for it still to not turn up. Worst taxis about

Absolutely the worst taxi firm Ive ever, ever tried to use. We pre-booked a taxi for midnight, days in advance, were waiting outside from 23:50 & were lied to not once, but twice that a taxi showed up & no-one was waiting. We got left in the lurch until 01:21, when a lovely Uber driver arrived to pick us up instead. Awful customer service & obviously awful actual taxi service as as far as were concerned, it doesnt exist. Ive always been a fan of supporting local business & try to go out of my way to support them but Im angry & absolutely not surprised that businesses like this are failing against Uber & failing hard. If you want a taxi home, youre probably better off walking in your bare feet if these jokers are your only option.

I needed a taxi to take my son to work at Lymm services. I was anxious because he has Autism. I ordered the Taxi for 10.30am and it arrived bang on time and took him to work at a good rate. Im delighted and will use this company again.

My taxi was on time.The driver was friendly and the fare reasonable and I booked it with a human being not an automated system. In stark contrast to a larger Warrington taxi firm who did not turn up on time then said it would be with me in 5 mins, then half an hour then said do you want me to cancel it.

Asked if a taxi was available in around 30-40 minutes as I have an appointment at 10am. Yes it was so booked a taxi for 30-40 minutes at 8:56. Taxi should have arrived around 9:36am at the latest. When I spoke to them at 9:46 the operator said it would be another 20 minutes. Taxi didn't pick up till 10:26. Unfortunately they didn't send a helicopter and I was very very late to my 10am appointment.

Absolutely terrible service. Arranged pick up and waited 45 minutes and called again only to find out they hadnt even sent out a taxi. They didnt even apologise and said it was a good service. I phoned up to complain and they didnt return any messages. Never use again.

Stress free journey to Manchester airport for an early morning flight, received message to say driver is on the way, she arrived just before the pick up time and sent another message to say the vehicle is outside, helped with luggage. Very reasonable price. Would recommend for any journey.

Very rude man over the phone when ordering a taxi, was very sarcastic and refused to take us to a destination which was over 2 miles away! Very disgraced, I will be passing the word around and I will not be calling again. Disgusting attitude.

Dreadful, pre booked a taxi early in the evening for 1am and by 1.30am they were still unable to pick us up without and confirmation of how long it would be. Absolutely disgusting poor level of service, something so simple done so wrong.

Roll on UBER coming to Warrington! Booked a taxi the day before to pick us up at the Waterside Inn, warrington at 11.45 to take us home. No show and waited for 30 minutes in the cold, when you ring to see where your taxi is you get an automated call saying it's on the way! Yeah, right! Never booking Harry's again, garbage service

Absolute rubbish!! Booked a taxi for the airport the night before. All seemed fine until the time we booked it for 03.30 am rang the company after waiting 10 mins. Told that there was no one on the way and no guarantee that there would be one either. Funny how that wasn't mentioned when we booked it. Was also told that that was a company policy.

Booked a taxi for 8.10 am the night before and was told at the time of booking that they would try to be as near to this time as possible and stated school runs as the reason why, even though it was school holidays at this time. So I thought even if they are 15 minutes late I will still be on time. The following morning at 8.30 still no taxi so I rang them and was told it would arrive as soon as they could but was not given a time. 8.50 still no taxi rang again and was told the same thing again. 9.10 still no taxi rang again and was told the same again. The taxi finally arrived at 9.20 so I was really late for work. This company never had any intention of arriving at 8.10 or anywhere near that time. I was told that I should have known because I was told that it may be late. No one books a taxi knowing it will be an hour and 10 minutes late! At no time did I get an apology. Absolute waste of time and you should use someone else. No customer care whatsoever.

Pre booked a taxi for 8am this morning on Saturday night no sign of taxi at 8.15 called company was told they was busy and one would be here soon. 8.21 I cancelled and had to call my boss to explain. DO NOT USE

In the handful of times I've used this taxi company I've never had a taxi turn up on time from one phone call and have always had to call back, useless.

This has to be the most unreliable taxi firm ever. Needed a disable taxi for christmas day. Tried booking in advanced and were told to call on the day as it was not a problem. Called as instructed and told to call back at 9:30 we did and were told they didnt know which drivers were working so couldnt do it. What a way to run a business!! If I could give zero stars I would. Dont ever bother trying these guys

Due to incompetence and lies the ordered taxi never arrived. Ended up a 74 year old lady and a disabled lady were forced to walk home after an hours wait. A joke of a company. Regular customers as well. However not the first time., but it is the last.

Well pleased with service

Appalling service. We pre-booked for a disabled elderly widow to attend her husbands funeral and they failed to turn up. We instead had to try and find an alternative method of transport whilst the hearse was outside her house. This taxi was booked two weeks in advance and also confirmed the day before. Avoid.

Can't comment on their timekeeping yet,but the lady who took my call was very polite and helpful.If they are on time and the minibus is spotless as promised they will prove a fantastic coice

Booked to go to Manchester Airport dropped us off and collected us. Very professional service. Polite and very helpful with our luggage. Affordable price too, would definitley recommend
