Had a taxi a few times from the Bloxwich radio team and will recommend an use again as they are very well mannered drivers and do there job professionally and honestly Im giving you a 5 For your services well managed firm thanks (malleh chaata ka ne oh) good job guys keep it up

Mom order a taxi was £5 so she gave him £10 said sorry got no charge will be back soon to give her the money still waiting. I phone them and told them I want the money drop off mine and how dear you rip off a o.a.p

Driver screamed down the phone in a private conversation with his pal in his own language the entire trip Slowed down for no reason due to being engrossed in his phone conversation Over shot my destination then asked me to drop cards off . Never again

DO NOT USE - absolutely useless. Pre-booked but they did not turn up. Said they couldn't find address even after I had given them detailed instructions.

Was told that they had taxi but would not send to me because they wanted me to choose them over another taxi firm and because I didn't they refuse to send me one well they won't be getting my money again or anyone I know,the guy on the phone raged questions at me like a psycho partner like I cheated on him then changed the fact he had a cab to he didn't I would avoid this company there homophobic views are bad enough then there the state of there vehicle, the fact they get there family to give them good reviews on fbook is a joke they delete the rest,ran by men who are stuck in the stone age I have reported them and if anyone else get problems with them go to the council

This company shouldnt be allowed to continue operating. They cheat their customers. Arrive late with no apology. The taxis was disgustingly dirty and stank of smoke. Would not recommend even if you desperate

Appalling company Would give it minus 5 stars if I could. Taxi arrived 15mins late, missed our train. No apologies and refused to accept responsibility. Manager didnt even have the decency to take my call. AVOID this company

Booked taxi for train station turns up late so missed train , stopped at cash point suddenly fare jumps from £4.70 to £6.30!! Coincidently missed my train for work due to late pick up no apology from rank trying to justify the fare jump with excuses. Can't even back it up when they've ripped you off . Anybody needing to get somwhere on time steer clear of these !

Disgusting- I booked on the app, phoned up the day before to check everything was ok as it was a minibus and we were going to a party so didnt want any problems. Told everything fine but price quoted on line was wrong and it would be more! I agreed to the higher price, on the day taxi didnt arrive, I rang to be told it was on its way after another 15 mins of waiting I was told the computer had cancelled the booking and no one was coming. 8 of us stranded - disgusting. Unreliable do not use.

Awful company who prey on vulnerable people... I booked taxi via the app. My journey was accepted and confirmed and price is fixed/agreed. 40 minutes later I get a phone call from their office telling me they arent going to send a taxi unless I pay double the price! They were essentially holding me to ransom at 1 in the morning. The already agreed price via the app was £5 more than my outgoing journey and I was returning to the same place. I was happy to pay the extra £5 but to call me up demanding double again is just disgusting service, they are preying on vulnerable people. Id like to point out that taxis were available and they said if I paid double then they would dispatch somebody to me immediately. Out of principle I refused this. Id rather pay more money to a different taxi firm than be held to ransom like that. Do not rely on this company, I cant recommend enough to stay away.

Booked a car for the end of a wedding at midnight, original fare £11. Called at 12.03am to be told our taxi was another 15 minutes away. Called at 12.23am when it had not arrived and was told another 15 minutes. Called at 12.49am when it still had not arrived to be told the driver had listed us as no-shows. Asked them to send another car, which arrived promptly but with a £29.70 fare. Called at 1.00am and was told this was a new job as their GPS showed the driver had been there. Got out the car and ordered an Uber, which is what you and anyone in the area should do instead. NEVER, NEVER, NEVER use these charlatans for anything.

The worst taxi firm to come out of Wolverhampton, Don't waste your for advance bookings, as you will be waiting for pigs to fly the skies above; drivers moan about amount of drivers working for firm, and the £109 base fee they have to pay and duly over charge you ; to many unprofessional driver holding personal conversions, the list goes on. The council should do the right thing, and look into poorly run business which is allowed to expand without any problem at all, but at customers dismay

WOW!!!!!! Trained to overcharge and lie. I can not put NO stars. Asked for Executive pick up, paid for an Executive pick up. They confirmed a Mercedes E-Class or a BMW........ and then a Mazda turned up. Mazda.

Taxi never arrived, despite pre booking. Nobody called to let me know there was a problem, was very late to my appointment.

I booked a taxi an hour before travel and it was confirmed.An hour later I waited in the freezing cold with my mom who has Alzheimers for a further 35 minutes whilst calling the company five times to ask where the taxi was.I missed my train because of this too.They would not give me any information about how long the taxi would be except to keep repeating that the driver was on his way.He had not arrived 40 minutes later.I spoke to 4 different people and 1 twice.DONOT USE THIS TAXI FIRM IF YOU WANT GOOD SERVICE.

I pre booked and pre paid for a taxi in the early hours of a sunday morning. After waiting ten minutes after the original booking time i rang 247 to be told it was 5 minutes away which was a lie. I rang again after another 15 minutes to be told they were just very busy but it would be 5 minutes. Maybe at 247 they have different concepts of 5 minutes to the rest of us. I dont expect to be told how busy they are when they offer a pre paid service for a booking time. They should be on time or at least close. 50 minutes late is totally unnacceptable. I put in an official complaint yet have had numerous lies that the staff arent in to deal with it. A partial refund would of sufficed and i probably would of used them again however now i will never use them again and advise everyone else to avoid them if you want your taxi to be on time and honest with you.
