Amazing painter and decorator. Professional, takes the time to complete the job at th highest quality not cutting any corners. Completed indoor painting and restored our wood porch and door before repainting. Could not be happier with the work and couldnt recommend Chris enough.

Outstanding. Chris has superb attention to detail, he works hard and the final result is superb. He cross-lined & wallpapered our living room in a very dark colour taking it from bright and stark to rich and warm. Every seam, every cut is perfect (I am a fellow-perfectionist ) We are so pleased with it - THANK YOU CHRIS for all your work (and for your patience and good humour too!) I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Chris to anyone looking for an outstanding finish!

I cannot recommend Chris and team highly enough. He's pretty much decorated all of our house now since we found him last year, this has included spindle stair cases, hanging Farrow & Ball wall paper, painting mantlepiece surround as well as the usual walls and woodwork. They sand everything to make sure the right finish can be achieved, they have invested in the right kit to do the job, it sucks the dust back in and the hoover up after themselves. The finish on painting and decorating is excellent. On top of a great job, they are trustworthy, clean and turn up when they say they will.

Nigel and Elliott did a fantastic job of re-spraying our kitchen cupboards, their workmanship is of an excellent standard and the kitchen looks fantastic. They kept us well informed of their schedule and were professional, polite and a pleasure to have in our home. A great way to refresh your kitchen. Very highly recommended!

Nigel has done a couple of painting/wall papering jobs for us and I cannot fault him. The finish has been absolutely amazing, smooth walls and perfect lines. Nigel and his crew were highly professional and did an excellent job decorating the outside of our house despite the local weather causing unavoidable delays. The quality of the finishing was superb, absolutely faultless. All the crew were friendly, tidy and quiet ! Nigel provided good advice on paint type and wood finishes appropriate for our situation. Nigel and his son Elliot have done a brilliant job restoring our very dilapidated house. They offer much more than you would expect from a decorating team. They can replace and repair rotten wood work so that it looks as good as new and have an extensive knowledge of what paint works best on different surfaces. They are perfectionists and all their work from preparation to finish is excellent. Nigel and Elliot were a pleasure to have around. Alex completed a job for us last year, worked short days but we were happy with the work.

We have a large Victorian house and needed someone who would work to a high standard, so we were delighted with Alex's high standard of work. He did some painting and decorating for us and the quality of the work was excellent. Painting of kitchen and livingroom including woodwork and ceiling. As someone how has to make their money go that bit further I'm very glad I plumped for AFL. Andrew's company is certainly not the cheapest (or cheap), but in this case you get what you pay for, a real feeling of reassurance from the moment you get the initial quote, right through to the finish of the job. No sinking feelings or worries, just the warm glow of satisfaction at having made the right choice from the outset. No worrying about shortcuts being taken or things being done on the cheap. The decorators were punctual, clean and tide and completely transformed the room.

Great quality work and fast. Relatively small job to try the company out, and it was really good quality and fast. Also punctual, courteous and tidy. Will definitely use again!

Exterior decoration of house. The work was to decorate the exterior of our house. This was carried out to a very high standard. The team, Sunny and Patrick, arrived early each day and worked steadily to complete the work, no hassle. Excellent communication - Andrew Farkas would let me know evenings what would happen the next day. The job was carried out to budget, 1/2 paid when the job was 1/2 done, the balance on completion. The only thing that went "wrong" was that the replacement downpipe was installed so that I couldn't remove the drain grid for cleaning or rodding the drain, should that be necessary. Andrew had that sorted out within a couple of days, so the problem was quickly resolved. I am happy to give Andrews Farkas top marks.

Andy and Lewis painted the outside of my house. I chose them as Andy had previously painted the interior to a very high standard and his price was very competitive. Again he did a superb job and I would have no hesitation in recommending him to others - indeed relatives are using him shortly. He was excellent in every respect - quality of work, reliability, friendly and positive manner and keeping me informed of progress throughout.

Well, after reading a few reviews, they are really everything that I would say. Vince is truly a lovely pleasant man, on time, you can trust him if you go out, no mess he has done a lovely job on my hall and lounge/ kitchen. I would definitely recommend him to anyone one who wants a professional job doing. Nothing too much trouble for him, moved my tv back every day, put my curtains back up, cleaned my windows and even offered to put my frames back on walls. He left after finishing the job leaving my house clean and tidy. So if you need a decorator Vince is your man. Thanks again Vince

I heard about Vince from my neighbours so booked him in for some decorating of my porch and stripping and varnishing my inner door. All I can say is Vince is an old school professional and really knows his trade. He is a fountain of knowledge and guided us in terms of colours and trends. Vince is extremely polite and so tidy with what he does. At the end of the day he ensures any mess is taken care off and is very meticulous in all his work.
