Painting was fine but unfortunately far to much splash marks over cooker, table tops, floor.

Took up painting work for our home, friendly and polite workers didn't bother us much.

Painting of kitchen and livingroom including woodwork and ceiling. As someone how has to make their money go that bit further I'm very glad I plumped for AFL. Andrew's company is certainly not the cheapest (or cheap), but in this case you get what you pay for, a real feeling of reassurance from the moment you get the initial quote, right through to the finish of the job. No sinking feelings or worries, just the warm glow of satisfaction at having made the right choice from the outset. No worrying about shortcuts being taken or things being done on the cheap. The decorators were punctual, clean and tide and completely transformed the room.

Exterior decoration of house. The work was to decorate the exterior of our house. This was carried out to a very high standard. The team, Sunny and Patrick, arrived early each day and worked steadily to complete the work, no hassle. Excellent communication - Andrew Farkas would let me know evenings what would happen the next day. The job was carried out to budget, 1/2 paid when the job was 1/2 done, the balance on completion. The only thing that went "wrong" was that the replacement downpipe was installed so that I couldn't remove the drain grid for cleaning or rodding the drain, should that be necessary. Andrew had that sorted out within a couple of days, so the problem was quickly resolved. I am happy to give Andrews Farkas top marks.

Decorated my lounge; paper, paint and all woodwork. Very quick and tidy job and workers very polite and courteous. Am very happy with the work and would highly recommend.

Nigel and Elliott did a fantastic job of re-spraying our kitchen cupboards, their workmanship is of an excellent standard and the kitchen looks fantastic. They kept us well informed of their schedule and were professional, polite and a pleasure to have in our home. A great way to refresh your kitchen. Very highly recommended!

Nigel has done a couple of painting/wall papering jobs for us and I cannot fault him. The finish has been absolutely amazing, smooth walls and perfect lines. He is punctual, tidy, friendly and we've been happy to leave him in the house while we go about our busy lives. He is fastidious and his attention to detail is second to none! Nigel and his crew were highly professional and did an excellent job decorating the outside of our house despite the local weather causing unavoidable delays. Nigel and his son Elliot have done a brilliant job restoring our very dilapidated house. They offer much more than you would expect from a decorating team. They can replace and repair rotten wood work so that it looks as good as new and have an extensive knowledge of what paint works best on different surfaces. They are perfectionists and all their work from preparation to finish is excellent. Nigel and Elliot were a pleasure to have around. We hired Shaun to do the internal painting for our small commercial let comprising two offices, three store rooms, a kitchen, bathroom and communal corridor. He did a superb job for a reasonable price and we found him wholly reliable and professional throughout. We would recommend him very highly indeed.

I recently had the outside of my semi-detached 1930's house painted for the first time. The job was completed in a very professional manner by Shaun and his staff. Considering a few months earlier I had had a year's old almost complete covering of climbing Hydranga removed from the outside walls (Private Property - Oxford City Council Contractors ) which had attached itself to the original roughcast. This, subsequently, required a small amount of filling in a few areas, also carried out Shaun (SGD Decorating and Property Services ), which, before that was done, they applied a special sealant to the walls, before they could start applying the coats of Sandtex They provided everything with regard to safety and treated my property well at all times, including my Daughter's lovely front garden. I am very pleased with the finished article, completed in good time and considering the amount of work involved, I considered it an excellent Investment, at a competitive price,highly recommended

I would 100% recommend Shaun. He did a great job, extremely thorough and excellent workmanship. He was also efficient, friendly and kept me updated throughout. No fuss, no mess I barely noticed he was in the house, except for the great end result.
