Taxis in B2

I've been left waiting from 20minutes to an hour on NUMEROUS occasions and when they've just pit the prices up its not acceptable. Its not the drivers fault but the office is not passing them the jobs early enough despite phone calls to the office to remind them

Truly appalling service- couldnt find house, then took couple approximately 8 miles out of the way instead of taking direct route, then charged double the normal price on the premise that it was after 12 prices ( was at an 11.30 pick up). When I phoned to complain, hung up on me twice. Dreadful.

Had a taxi a few times from the Bloxwich radio team and will recommend an use again as they are very well mannered drivers and do there job professionally and honestly Im giving you a 5 For your services well managed firm thanks (malleh chaata ka ne oh) good job guys keep it up

Mom order a taxi was £5 so she gave him £10 said sorry got no charge will be back soon to give her the money still waiting. I phone them and told them I want the money drop off mine and how dear you rip off a o.a.p

Friendly polite staff

Poor customer service. A driver knocked down my mother's wall. I phoned about 6 different operators who said the boss was going to contact me. I got cctv footage and the driver fest up 48 hrs after the incident.

Friendly drivers friendly operators. Good service. Would recommend others to use. Also accept card payments.

I called up to query costs for a quick pick up and drop off from the Aston Train Station to the PDSA. They gave me a quote which was resonable but then I asked if the puppy who I need to get seen to was alright to be in the car they suddenly doubled the price. I thought that was outrageous and didn't get my custom.

Always have been reliable for me, never let me down, decent fare prices too.

Iv used this company for years very friendly and reliable drivers not to keen with staff that answer calls

Won't be using again, called to book two taxis and was told they were on the way. When they hadn't showed up 40mins later I called to check. I was told that they hadn't actually been booked and they would send them in 15 minutes. No apology was made. One taxi then showed up 20 minutes later and we were told it was the only one booked. We accepted that the mistake was with the booking office however the driver was unsympathetic defensive and rude, charged us more than we normally pay (and had paid on the way there) and demanded the money upfront. So we in the end were leaving over an hour later, with one taxi less than we had booked, and were charged more for it! Unreliable and above all terrible customer service.

I have used this firm a number of times and it seems the dispatchers do not communicate with the drivers. I always book 15-30mins before I'm due to leave and most times I have to call to check the cars on its way as it's late. In my most recent experience the taxi didn't arrive and when I phoned to say so the dispatcher stated she didn't know how long it would be, being late I jumped into a black cab and called back to cancel, upon doing so a male dispatcher shouted at me advising I was a horrid person because the taxi had nearly arrived. Awful service - I will never be using this taxi firm again!!

Good and quick service, good fare prices, recommend to use

Man was very rude, he doesn't hear me so I was shouting down the phone. I said it doesn't matter I will ring someone else for the taxi his reply was 'yeah thats good.' NEVER going to use dem again.

Awful firm. Had an extremely horrific journey with a driver. First of all I phoned for a taxi which I was tol was on its way. About 12 mins after I called again the man said it was on my street... still didnt arrive aftee 2O mins waiting it ginally arrived. When I got in the raxo the driver said he was only just told about the job now! The man first of all had never heard of DORRIDGE. The post code was provided to help him as he had a sat nav. The journey should have taken 15-20 mins. This was an awful journey the driver nearly cauused 3 separate accidents along the way. One time driving on to a large roundabout where his two wheels were ok n the round about. Then he pulled out at a junction where a car was coming directly towards us and if that car did not brake it would have hit us!

Reliable firm on time always! Cheap fare prices too.

Calls corporate cars from Birmingham was struggling to get back home on New Years Eve calls a lot of Taxi firms for quotes to get back to London all Taxi firms asking tripper the amount of money call corporate it took me back home for normal money thanks a again couldnt appreciate it more definitely recommend corporate cars 0121 444 6000
