    • Absolutely useless provided a location being a hotel park inn and bescott stadium me being in a unfamiliar location and postcode of where I wanted to go couldn't provide a taxi without a full post code of where I was and rude to the point lol usless

    • Ordered a car and after being told 20 minutes took an hour. Called again and fobbed off. Driver called and said he was 5 minutes away when it took over 20 minutes then blamed dispatch. Royal used to be good but this is the 2nd time KMR have been very poor

After booking days in advance for a meet and greet service at the airport and confirm it again on the day of travel, they failed to turn up or notify us leaving a 70 yr old frail old woman stranded at the airport alone! Totally useless service! Don't waste your money!

    • I called up to query costs for a quick pick up and drop off from the Aston Train Station to the PDSA. They gave me a quote which was resonable but then I asked if the puppy who I need to get seen to was alright to be in the car they suddenly doubled the price. I thought that was outrageous and didn't get my custom.

    • I was picked up by Red & white taxis and left my new Mobile phone in the taxi.. I called my phone within 3 mins and it was switched off, the base did not want to know. There attitude when they did not keep putting the phone down was "not our problem" Please do not use these crooks

    • You can't rely on them. They are worse. Book a day early and still will never arrive on time, late for more than half an hour or more! They accept a lot of jobs which they cannot handle. Poor control of operators.. poor management! Poor taxi drivers they are the ones being burdened and the passengers. Have to look for a good taxi company.

    • Im not happy...my elderly mum 78, whos got alzheimers booked a taxi on xmas day with star cars and made it clear to the operator she needed extra help from the door to car as she very unstable on her feet they said no problem. When the driver turned up he walked infront of her and she asked can I hold ur arm and he carried on walking and she fell a 78 year old woman who's unstable on her feet with alzheimers. She as badly hurt her both knees as the driver couldn't be bothered to help her. Then he had the cheek to rip her off with the taxi fair. This is a disgrace and wont be using them again.
