    • Driver screamed down the phone in a private conversation with his pal in his own language the entire trip Slowed down for no reason due to being engrossed in his phone conversation Over shot my destination then asked me to drop cards off . Never again

    • Took flight details after dropping us and asking for both journeys fares so Have drive the £60. Landed no taxi called non stop no answer had to pay Uber £50 to Get home Im furious. Very bad firm

    • Asked for a quote for a 8 mile journey I do every day was told ?17:00 which is normally ?11:00 operator was unable to explain how she calculated fare and very unhelpful.

    • Been coming so late in the morning and afternoon. And this morning I phoned them to ask how long the taxi was going to be as I had my child in the cold more than 15 minutes and the man in their office hung up on me. That was disgusting. I wont be using them again .

    • I have had a terrible experience with this service. I had the phone put down on me by Majid he was very rude and had no customer service skills. I had to wait long for my taxi, when I called he didn't even bother to get a taxi out to me. Never going to us this service about, please don't use this service they will mess you about.

    • This firm are absolutely useless, driver dropped us boffin the wrong location. Ring the firm their response was did you give the right postcode. Of course I did . Complained they have ignored with no response . Will not be using this firm ever again

    • Won't be using again, called to book two taxis and was told they were on the way. When they hadn't showed up 40mins later I called to check. I was told that they hadn't actually been booked and they would send them in 15 minutes. No apology was made. One taxi then showed up 20 minutes later and we were told it was the only one booked. We accepted that the mistake was with the booking office however the driver was unsympathetic defensive and rude, charged us more than we normally pay (and had paid on the way there) and demanded the money upfront. So we in the end were leaving over an hour later, with one taxi less than we had booked, and were charged more for it! Unreliable and above all terrible customer service.

    • I have used this firm a number of times and it seems the dispatchers do not communicate with the drivers. I always book 15-30mins before I'm due to leave and most times I have to call to check the cars on its way as it's late. In my most recent experience the taxi didn't arrive and when I phoned to say so the dispatcher stated she didn't know how long it would be, being late I jumped into a black cab and called back to cancel, upon doing so a male dispatcher shouted at me advising I was a horrid person because the taxi had nearly arrived. Awful service - I will never be using this taxi firm again!!
