Taxis in DY4

I've been left waiting from 20minutes to an hour on NUMEROUS occasions and when they've just pit the prices up its not acceptable. Its not the drivers fault but the office is not passing them the jobs early enough despite phone calls to the office to remind them

Truly appalling service- couldnt find house, then took couple approximately 8 miles out of the way instead of taking direct route, then charged double the normal price on the premise that it was after 12 prices ( was at an 11.30 pick up). When I phoned to complain, hung up on me twice. Dreadful.

Had a taxi a few times from the Bloxwich radio team and will recommend an use again as they are very well mannered drivers and do there job professionally and honestly Im giving you a 5 For your services well managed firm thanks (malleh chaata ka ne oh) good job guys keep it up

Mom order a taxi was £5 so she gave him £10 said sorry got no charge will be back soon to give her the money still waiting. I phone them and told them I want the money drop off mine and how dear you rip off a o.a.p

Driver didn't use meter to clock the journey tried to overcharge me rang office for quote only for them to ask how much driver was charging just to say yeah that's about right

Absolutely amazing service. Our flight was very delayed and sent to east mids instead of Birmingham. From the moment we landed at East Midlands I had a call to reassure us once we were transferred to Birmingham someone would be there. Checked in on us again. Got to Birmingham. Driver was there and waiting. Very polite helped with luggage. Lovely drive back. Thank you all so much. 100% recommend

Today, when I book a taxi through the app, the app shows 13£ on my trip. The driver took £20 for me after I finished the trip. very bad service. I called the office and I have a conversation with them and they didnt listen to my request and just phone hang up. Very bad service

Terrible company will never use again staff rude

The worst taxi company in West Bromwich and when phoning for taxi being lied to and having to wait 40 minutes and no taxi came and on more than one occasion being lied to - do not use this company - they only mess you about and the worse taxi company in the Midlands .

I always use West brom cars when I go to get my shopping and the drivers always help me put the shopping in and even go the extra mile by helping me take my groceries in.

I must say this taxi company has improved a lot as before I have left a negative review but now I gave them a second chance and they have gone beyond my expectations. I really am impressed and would definitely use again.

Best taxi company in all of the sandwell area. Highly recommend especially the night drivers as they go the extra mile.

I always use West brom cars very friendly drivers and cheapest taxi firm in all of sandwell. I use them atleast 5 or 6 times a week and they are always dependable.

Reasonable price, very smart vehicle used for pick up and didnt take long after ordering to arrive.

There was NO long waiting (in fact they came very fast), driver was friendly, taxi was clean and smelled great. Service was excellent and I will be using them again.

They offered us the best price and arrived on time. Our driver, Ali, was friendly and was waiting for us in the car park on the return journey. Will definately use them again.

Dont bother using. Prebooked a taxi they had all flight details and then after waiting an hour they said there was a motorway accident then driver said they forgot to send the taxi. No courtesy call either way and no resolution to the problem. Awful customer service and rude unhelpful driver who didnt offer to help with our cases.

Will never use this firm again. Used this taxi firm for first time due to being left without a car and having to pick up kids from school. Driver dropped me at the school to pick kids up but refused to wait for the return journey, said he will send another car, left waiting ages, no car turned up, after 2 further calls finally turned up. The return journey driver was friendly and helpful but due to the actions of the original driver I will never use again or recommend.

Vile aggressive driver driving a white Astra with reg plate BT62 OUO tried to mount a kerb that was not dropped. I was parked up in my car and he became aggressive and intimidating calling me a stupid **female dog**. I informed the company about their driver and they didnt care! Absolutely vile driver - do not use this company if you value your safety!

Brilliant, called them from Walsall location , arrived about 6-8 mins, perfectly spacious vehicle, very reasonable price - safe journey.

How can a taxi driver pull away from a woman suffering a disability ( early stage muscular dystrophy ) at 1.30 am eh in Caldmore Green ? Should be ashamed of yourselves!!!!! Not even an apology! "DISGUSTING! Used this taxi company for years, Not again and I urge others to Boycott this taxi company who discriminate against the disabled!

I had a taxi on Saturday 3rd June for a 50th birthday ECC sports & social Wolverhampton. I phoned them at 11.40pm to book a taxi for my return at 1am. 1am came & they didn't turn up, so phoned them back & said that they were running late & will be 20 mins. I said I'd pre-booked & shouldn't of been late as I was on my own, didn't seem bothered so I said ok & put phone down & carried on waiting, at this point there wasn't many people around & by 1.10am I was on my own in not the best areas a bit scary. At 1.20am I phoned back to say taxi still hadn't turned up & they said to me because I put the phone down the taxi had been cancelled never told me & I was left with nothing to pick me up. I'm utterly disgusted with the way they treated me leaving a vulnerable women on her own. I have used Alpha taxis in Willenhall for years but will never use them again after this they don't deserve my custom. Disgraceful!!!!!

Taxi never arrived, despite pre booking. Nobody called to let me know there was a problem, was very late to my appointment.
