Taxis in LS10

I booked my taxi at 6:10 now Its 6:40 and my taxi never come. Im Really disappointed about costumer services. I not gone use Speedline more.

Just so bad with customer services. Driver on the phone speaking on top of his voice. I just wanted peace and quiet because I was coming from hospital. How rude was that?! I'm not going to use them again

I booked taxi coz I need to attend my appointment they said 5 mintes but taxi not arrive on time ring again they said 5 mintes wen taxi arrive I go trying to speak with driver and coz u r late he not listen to me and run away . Wats the point I miss my appointment and I feel really bad coz of driver behaiver not acceptable . Next time walk better then speedline taxi

Awful service - booked a cab for a family wedding. Taxi didn't turn up despite multiple calls and when spoke to the supervisor got an angry aggressive responsive. Do not use this cab service!

Had a horrible experience this morning, I drop my children at the childminder's before I go to work. The driver told me to hurry up because he was busy. He could clearly see me the whole time but was beeping his horn I was literally two minutes. Got back into the taxi and he swore at me and said I thought I told you to hurry up. I was completely gob smacked so didn't talk to him. He then over charged me by £1.50 I know the fare I do this same journey everyday, I didn't argue I just paid it and then he short changed me by £2 aswell. Giving me my change in 10p's. He said I had hidden the money he gave me the right change. I am absolutely disgusted!!

booked them a few times prompt and prices charged were the same as others i have used...number saved will continue to use them

They don't turn up on time. In fact you are lucky if they turn up at all!

Usually are on time when ringing up for a taxi is a good point.They charge more than others though which is their negative point, still good service though from them apart from prices.

Honestly horrible! I phoned them to help call a customer at my takeaway to get them a taxi, and they said your looking about an hour?! Like how is that possible?! I would give them a half star or no star but I cant so I have to give one. I recommend to avoid them and try other taxi companies because this one is horrible. Hung straight up on me after I tried to explain to the customer. Id rather call another taxi service. Avoid this taxi service! They are horrible, the person on the phone didnt even seem like they wanted to pick up our call and seemed annoyed. Honestly the worse!

Absolutely disappointed with morley cars they have now lost my business and all my familys business phoned taxi this evening looked out for it got ring back went out he said been here 5 mins I said dont think so been watching for you just had ring back came straight out his comment was you want this fuc-ing taxi I said yes he said where you going I said my mate going to holbeck he said f-ck you get another fu-king taxi f-ck off and drove off I phoned morley cars up put a complaint in said would call me back to explain what happened never got a call back disgusting company so phoned central cars they arrived 1 min later lovely driver took my mate home to holbec everyone I no now will never use morley cars again

Terrible, it's shocking! Let me be clear - this company does not deserve a star. However 1 star will be given to the drivers that I have dealt with or partly because I'm forced to.. Now let me begin. They have an operator who is a compulsive liar and absolute unprofessional donkey who then plays the victim when you call him out on it. Whether he is the manager or the owners son there must be a reason why he is still there, professionalism is key and he does not have it. His incompetence baffles me, he has left me waiting for a taxis for 40 minutes - on numerous occasions when I'm told only 5-10 minutes. Sometimes it's not booked. I've had to completely stop calling them on a morning and walk because I refuse to pay for a taxi to be late, continously. He is disrespectful. This is the easiest decision to STOP using there service. To end this, take a uber or find another firm. Spend your money where its respected..Yes, it can be expensive but at least you don't have to be disrespected.

A few years ago I vowed never to use Morley Cars again after they let me down massively. Stupidly I then rang them today and was lied to repeatedly by the operator "5 minutes away" every time. After I outright accused him of lying to me he admitted the taxi hadn't even been dispatched and would be another 30-40 minutes. Useless companies like this deserve to be put out of business by Uber - it can't come soon enough.

Two of their cars overtook me on the wrong side of the road whilst I was at a red light, both went through the red light. Very dangerous drivers.

They are good with the service, drivers are safe, fare prices are low.

Used this taxi once I was short of money at the end as the fare came to 5.50! The driver let me off, this firm was quick and driver was friendly.

Rang them at 6pm and spoke to a female booked a taxi for 6.45pm she said that was for and would be there. At 6.55pm i rang to ask what had happened to my taxi, spoke to a man, he told me it would arrive when it got here, drivers have to think about whether its worth it with the price of petrol. A taxi finally showed up 7.15pm, he had been given the call just 5mins before arriving. The lowest star i can give is 1, but for me it would be minus 1.

Rang them at 21:45 they said 5 minut and they not arrived they called me at 22:25 that wheres the location ? I said is too late waste of my time

Appalling service booked a car from central leeds, told car would be 20 minuets after 40 minutes driver called me and told me i had to walk to other side oft town to meet him cant believe a taxi company can run like this will never use these again

Only one polite person there on the phones. She works monday Tuesday and Friday mornings

fare was £4.60 give driver £5 waited for change driver says what I tell him I need my change he says what change rather than get into argument with really rude driver.will not use this company again rip off

You will struggle to find a good review for this notoriously bad firm. They routinely rip off their customers and treat them like dirt. Amazed they are allowed to operate.

This Guy called usnain saleem was driving and eating hashbrowns whilst in the car. Rate it a 0 out of 10, honestly very bad should be ashmaed

I use Beeston Line regularly & they have never let me down. Very friendly & polite drivers. Wouldnt use anyone else & totally recommend them to anyone living in Leeds area. Top notch!

Used their app on Friday to book a cab for Sat morning 5:45. Booking confirmed, never showed up. App no help, tried calling, no answer. What is it with taxi firms in Leeds. Is there so much business for them that they can treat people so appallingly. Amber did the same thing the previous weekend.

An absolute joke. We pre-booked and paid for a 5am trip. 5.05, nothing. Called and it was a couple of minutes away. Called back at 5.10, informed it was less then 5 mins away so I told them they had until 5.15. 5.15 arrived and nothing. I called back to cancel and was hung up on. AA Cars Shipley sorted me out at short notice and I made my train with 3 whole minutes to spare. Ridiculous.

Absolutely appauling behaviour we booked a taxi one hour ago we received a text confirming that a taxi had been dispatched and was on it's way and 2 hours later after numerous phone calls the taxi arrived and we were refused a discount for the hours we had waited wouldn't recommend them they aren't a reliable service and we were left feeling extremely disappointed and that they had ruined out night

Fast service from Royal Cars got my call answered and they were quick to send the taxi to my house.Very fast service must be said, not a problem with their service at all.
