Waited ages for a cancelled taxi was super late for work

used this company for years good reliable service

Put my son in a taxi he's only 2 while tried to put the pram down couldn't put the pram down the taxi driver took my son out of the taxi without me knowing my son ran off good job I saw him at the corner of my eye the taxi driver it shouldn't even have got my son out I put him in there to be safe

Should have read other reviews before using It's Roadrunners. Initially told the taxi would arrive in 10 minutes. After repeated calls and each time being told 10 minutes it finally arrived after 50 minutes and we missed our appointment. Spoilt our evening.

Used the company for the first time yesterday. I pre booked, they turned up on time and the driver was very polite. Would definitely use again.

Avoid! Poor customer service. When I booked the taxi, and could not the guys accent clearly and asked him to repeat his question, he lost patience, and said call back later, and immediately hang up the phone. I called back, and asked him why he hang up on me, he come up with ridiculous excuse that the phone line broke down. Yes I believe you that. If it broke down, you would behave differently, and try to hold on the line and at least re engage once. Unprofessional Taxi Company.

I use Beeston Line regularly & they have never let me down. Very friendly & polite drivers. Wouldnt use anyone else & totally recommend them to anyone living in Leeds area. Top notch!

Rude receptionist rude drivers late or fail to pick up speeding drivers no consistency in prices drivers charge what they like complain and they say they appreciate your complaint but are very busy would not recommend to anyone I have removed them from my phone

Worst taxi rank I have been with constantly late to arranged pick up, telephone person and taxi rank rude and in organised would not recpmend to anybody even loyal customers

DO NOT USE - booked a taxi and they did not show, when I rang, the driver said he had just received the job and he would be 25-30 mins. He asked me how much it would cost, when I told him the usual price he said it would cost three times the amount so I said not to bother and he hung up.

Used this company for the first time, we were fully informed by text when the driver was leaving to pick us up and again when he was outside our house(5.30 am). On our return to Leeds/ Bradford Airport, rang the office on our arrival, we were informed that our car was waiting for us and in the meantime received a text again saying the car was waiting along with the registration number and the drivers name. Well impressed and will use again.

I booked my taxi at 6:10 now Its 6:40 and my taxi never come. Im Really disappointed about costumer services. I not gone use Speedline more.

Just so bad with customer services. Driver on the phone speaking on top of his voice. I just wanted peace and quiet because I was coming from hospital. How rude was that?! I'm not going to use them again

I booked taxi coz I need to attend my appointment they said 5 mintes but taxi not arrive on time ring again they said 5 mintes wen taxi arrive I go trying to speak with driver and coz u r late he not listen to me and run away . Wats the point I miss my appointment and I feel really bad coz of driver behaiver not acceptable . Next time walk better then speedline taxi

One star just so I can write the review. Now back from my holiday, the one I nearly didn't have thanks to you. Booked an airport pick up a few weeks before. Checked the booking at the office two days before and still nobody turned up! 6am on a Bank Holiday Sunday morning trying to deal with the guy in your office who kept telling me he was trying to wake someone up/speak to someone/sort it/call me back. I kept having to ring him back. Finally you sent Action cars to do the job (I understand this has happened several tomes) and we set off an HOUR late. Luckily I book pick ups to arrive at airport three hours before my flight to allow for accidents otherwise I would have been several thousand pounds out of pocket. I will be writing a formal complaint and I expect a full explanation of what happened. You caused untold stress for me and exacerbated an existing health condition with your shameful, shoddy service. I would strongly recommend others give your company a wide berth.

Took a car from G&M from start to finish absolute gem of a company . Booked from Oulton Hall to Huddersfield. Right on time infact few min early from booking time helped me with luggage. Car was absolutely clean and smell new driver was very professional and drove with in limits. Well recommend by my friend who lives in Rotwell .

£10 from Ackworth to Fitzwilliam train station, 2.2 miles from my house to the station and the driver was 10 minuets late. No explanation as to why. No meter on show. Disappointed

ordered a taxi the night before for 8:30am the next morning like i normally do, the taxi company then alerted me at 8:40 that they had changed the driver and is going to be another 10 minutes which is shocking and already 20 minutes late! i had a very important exam at 8:45 which i had to miss due to the taxi being late!!!! the taxi then arrived at 9:12 which was 42 minutes late!! this is absolutely disgraceful, i booked the night before so therefore my taxi should've been on time. get your act together data cars. will not be using again. should be ashamed of your appalling behaviour.

Up there with the worst taxi services I've ever used. Paid £80 for a return trip from Leeds Festival, requested to be picked up at 11;30AM to which the company confirmed. 2:30AM our taxi still hadn't arrived which resulted in us getting another company to carry out our return trip. When we rang their rank to complain and ask for our £40 refund for our return journey we were given very inappropriate and sarcastic customer service. We were also told we were not entitled to a refund which I feel is disgraceful considering our driver was nearly 3 hours late and had no sign of turning up I would certainly recommend that every avoid this company at all costs and I'll be certainly be taking them to court if they fail to carry out a refund for our return journey.

Bad communication....very bad service waited 30 minutes

The ambulance service arranged transport with this company for my partner to take her to hospital after falling ill, her condition got worse after 45 minutes during the wait for transport so we decided to get her there ASAP (we understand the taxis are busy but it was in her best interests to wait no longer) my partner politely called the Taxi branch to let them know she was at the hospital & no longer needed the transport, the lady on the phone who claimed to be the manager wasnt understanding or empathetic instead she became argumentative towards my partner and was calling her a time waster & was disrespectful continuously arguing with her, my partner in the end hung up the phone and was upset which put more stress on her. Unprofessional and disgusting behaviour! This company needs to learn some customer service especially in situations like this where someones health is at hand! Will not use again!!

Appalling service I dropped my phone in a car. Called to request it back. No response from the firm or driver 742 as promised. Wonder what happened to the phone. My real problem is my mother has resently passed and my phone had my last picture of her on it. Would pay to get the phone back. Don't trust them they lie and sorley disappoint. DO NOT USE

Charged me £19.40 before I even left the curb to move a small chair and desk. After the operator told me £2.00 extra. Then they were 45 mins late.

Please dont send drivers who dont want to do airport runs. I got through as quick as possible and there was some miscommunication. The driver was waiting for me inside and I was outside at his car. I couldnt call the driver so I phoned the office but they hadnt let him know. Then I got a very abrupt call from him and when he came to meet me he was very rude and said he morning had started off very badly. After a 24 hour flight it is not how you want to b welcomed home. Please dont send drivers who dont want to do the runs are give the customer their number to contact directly. Also had problems booking the taxi where the woman also rude. Payment was easy.
