Taxis in OL15

not very good. rung up to order a taxi only to have them just put the phone down on me... I assumed the taxi was coming as had given addresses but none came. rang back and they sent another, however, he was so rude and it was just unnecessary. not very pleased.

I asked for an estimated price, gave my post code and was told my trip will be £20, when I got in the taxi the driver said no to me giving him a post code after which I had to give him directions on how to get to my destination at half 4am when it was pitch black. I was then charged £34.20, after contacting the department I was told it was maybe my mistake, maybe theirs. I am absolutely appalled at the state of the service I was provided with, no apology, the driver said nothing. I will never be using this taxi service again.

ABSOLUTELY USELESS, nearly half an hour waiting is not "couple minutes".

Awful service. Worst taxi company ever. Taxi driver would not pick me up from the correct airport arrival terminal despite my booking. Airport runs and pick ups by Tiger are a big con in the way they are presented to customers. Tiger do not care nor listens to customer feedback, disgraceful service and an embarrassment to British Pakistanis all round....I can say for sure as I am British Pakistani

Excellent taxi service

Filthy waiting room, unhelpful controller - 5 minute wait became 30 minute wait - grubby taxi with unknowledgeable and unhepful drive. A generally poor experience and I suspect the only reason they have any customers is that the are the only operator at lovely Castleton!

Excellent. No complaints whatsoever

Left phone in Cab three days before Christmas. The Firm were useless and Claimed they couldnt track my driver despite me having ring camera footage of exact drop off time and a transaction to prove payment. I lost all my photos of my daughter as a baby and the phone has clearly been stolen. Do not use!

Taxi was getting on a bit but still a good smooth ride from a safe driver much appreciated late at night when your tired.

Fantastic meet & greet service. We came back from holiday and the driver was inside the terminal with my name sign waiting. Perfect end to a lovely holiday. Thanks Town Taxis

Use to be on point had no problems all of the sudden all these new drivers accept and cancel constantly so you end up waiting for taxi god knows how long!

Taxi promised for 20 minutes half hour later no taxi 1 hour later no taxi office said they had no drivers missed funeral

I booked the taxi through the app and it showed me £17,80 when I got to my destination they asked me for £35... very bad costumer service so disrespectful! Definitely dont recommend

Don't use this company. I booked on the app for hours before I needed the taxi and the time I wanted it for a doctors appointment. It didn't show up and the idiot who answered the phone was plain rude. I used these to travel to see my mum in Cheadle, but they have now lost my business.

Old boys open up new firm... All the drivers are polite and helpful, whilst most importantly, not forgetting that the customer is always right! Don't try overcharging like.. Keep it up guy
