    • Asked specifically for the taxi to be a hatchback or estate to accommodate a wheelchair that did not fold in half was sent a saloon instead. Then had to wait for another car to be sent. Booked a return journey from our destination for 11.45pm got confirmation texts to say it had been booked. Waited for the for an hour again wrong type of car was sent. Rang them to see where they were they said 5 minutes after waiting out side for over an hour in the freezing cold I decided to ring another company asking for a car that could take a wheelchair that did not fold and was sent in 5 minutes. A lovely courteous driver very accommodating. A1 cars 0 out of 10 ace cars 10 out of 10 will never use A1 again

    • Absolute disgrace!!!! Left two regular local customers stranded in a different town for almost an hour after saying the taxi was on it's way 3 times. Then had the audacity to send a 'your taxi was successfully cancelled' text even though we hadn't cancelled it!

    • I rate this company 0* ... The taxi that was meant to pick me up went to a totally different place so I had to walk and find him, when I finally got in the taxi the man was very sleezy towards me, he rang me whilst I was in the taxi and said 'oh, just checking it's your number' he was asking very personal questions and then had the cheek to try charging me £10 for the journey when I only ever pay 7, I refused to pay £10 and gave him £8, he then started arguing with me saying that I'd never pay £7, even though I've used a different taxi since and only been charged £6.50. When I got home he tried ringing me again so I've blocked his number. Personally I think this guy needs sacking and I will not be using these taxis again!

    • Disgusting Taxi firm! I rang up to order a taxi explaining that I had a Guide Dog with me. When the driver pulled up he pulled the passenger seat right back saying my “look your dog is too big” I replied that she wasnt she was a pup. He then started demanding I have a blanket for her hair loss. At this point I was really angry I was in the care with my dog and told the driver that if he didnt take us to our destination I would call the police. He was breaking the law. All the way to our destination he kept trying to tell me the law and even accuse me of lying about my disability. I have it all recorded and Im taking matters further legally. Awful people/business who dont deserve to be working with the public. DRIVERS have a very low IQ

    • I book a taxi every morning with them n it always has been on time. none the less 3 days ago there was a driver with a red car dont know if it was a passat or a skoda. He over charged me from my place to the destination ?17 which is merely 9 to 10 quid. Upon asking he said morning rates have increased. No one did this to me in the past. Wont be using this service again

    • Rubbish service. I booked a taxi for 10.45 and it turned up 40 late. I phoned to see where the taxi was at 10.50 and was told it hadn't even set off yet. I have used Ossett cars regularly in the past but will never use them again.

    • Used this company for 15 years. Mostly in time and reasonable price. However tonight I had to call them three times to find out where they were and they arrived 3 hours late. The driver had cheek to try overcharge me by ?4. His behaviour was appalling. I will never use them again

    • Rude operator putting phone down had problems with company before when I booked a taxi and got told its here when I went out it wasnt there called up and got told its been and gone they wont wait about. So had to call greenline will never use this company again disgusting

    • Soooo annoyed. Had an argument with one of your staffs, jodie, and whilst I was in the taxi jodie called up our taxi person and he picked up and whilst she was on speaker she was humiliating me to the driver which i could hear and I was so upset I could have cried. Worst experience ever!!!
