The service provided by Marshels Of Farnham Ltd was excellent, they came and decorated a large drawing room in a listed with a ornate ceiling requiring artisan expertise. They did an brilliant job with the decorating and we will be using them again in the future. The staff were professional and friendly and we had no trouble at all with using them. We would highly recommend them to others.

Painting was fine but unfortunately far to much splash marks over cooker, table tops, floor.

Took up painting work for our home, friendly and polite workers didn't bother us much.

Steve decorated our hall stairs and landing. He is friendly and very professional in his work and nothing was to much trouble.

Nigel has done a couple of painting/wall papering jobs for us and I cannot fault him. The finish has been absolutely amazing, smooth walls and perfect lines. Nigel and his crew were highly professional and did an excellent job decorating the outside of our house despite the local weather causing unavoidable delays. Nigel and his son Elliot have done a brilliant job restoring our very dilapidated house. They offer much more than you would expect from a decorating team. They can replace and repair rotten wood work so that it looks as good as new and have an extensive knowledge of what paint works best on different surfaces. I have used Michael Rose Painting & Decorating Services for several projects in our home and would highly recommend Michael and his team. They completely redecorated our hall, stairs and landing to a very high standard. We were delighted with the end result. When we unexpectedly had a water leak from pipes in our loft during the project, Michael quickly dealt with the matter by hiring a dehumidifier to dry out the damp area on the ceiling. He ensured that stains were removed and paintwork completed thoroughly to provide an excellent finish. He also dealt efficiently with a separate damp stain on the living room ceiling caused by a shower leak by applying a stain stop and repainting the problem area to a high standard. Michael is courteous, very approachable and trustworthy. He is a great project manager and keeps in regular communication on the status of each project. I would highly recommend Michael and his team.

I hired Michael Rose Painting & Decorating Services to do quite a bit of work including painting my hall and stairs and the front of my house, porch and windows etc. Michael himself is a lovely man, very honest and hard working, really decent with morals, which was a breath of fresh air compared to previous traders I've used, his small team were unbelievable too, they all really went that extra mile, I would definitely use them again and simply can't recommend them enough.

The overall experience of using Michael Rose Painting was excellent. We hired them to paint the exterior of our two-story end-of-terrace house. The staff were polite, friendly and professional throughout. The work was done to an exceptional standard with remarkable attention to detail. There was also thorough preparation before starting to ensure our decking would remain free of paint. One windy day they even wrapped a nearby parked car in plastic. The clean up at the end was equally thorough. We will definitely use them again for all painting work.

I recently employed David Gemmell to decorate the inside and outside of my brothers house in Prestwick. As I live down south I could only rely on telephone conversations as the job progressed. My brother went on holiday during the job so David was provided with a set of keys to allow him to work without interruption. The job was completed in good time to a very high standard. Having now seen the completed work for myself I would have no hesitation in recommending David to anyone who wants a job done professionally. I have had Steve twice now, the first time was painting the outside of my house in 2019 and the second job was painting the whole of the inside, which he has just completed. It was a big job and took him about five weeks to complete. I must say the finished work is exceptional. The preparation and painting is outstanding and had transformed the feel of the house. Steve is polite, easy to work with, is very punctual and communicates with you about any aspects of the job that need it. I would highly recommend him, you won't be disappointed.

Steve did an excellent job of painting out external walls this summer: his work was to a fantastic standard and was completed on time. Well, after reading a few reviews, they are really everything that I would say. Vince is truly a lovely pleasant man, on time, you can trust him if you go out, no mess he has done a lovely job on my hall and lounge/ kitchen. I would definitely recommend him to anyone one who wants a professional job doing. Nothing too much trouble for him, moved my tv back every day, put my curtains back up, cleaned my windows and even offered to put my frames back on walls.
