    • Just so bad with customer services. Driver on the phone speaking on top of his voice. I just wanted peace and quiet because I was coming from hospital. How rude was that?! I'm not going to use them again

    • I booked taxi coz I need to attend my appointment they said 5 mintes but taxi not arrive on time ring again they said 5 mintes wen taxi arrive I go trying to speak with driver and coz u r late he not listen to me and run away . Wats the point I miss my appointment and I feel really bad coz of driver behaiver not acceptable . Next time walk better then speedline taxi

    • Awful service - booked a cab for a family wedding. Taxi didn't turn up despite multiple calls and when spoke to the supervisor got an angry aggressive responsive. Do not use this cab service!

    • An absolute joke. We pre-booked and paid for a 5am trip. 5.05, nothing. Called and it was a couple of minutes away. Called back at 5.10, informed it was less then 5 mins away so I told them they had until 5.15. 5.15 arrived and nothing. I called back to cancel and was hung up on. AA Cars Shipley sorted me out at short notice and I made my train with 3 whole minutes to spare. Ridiculous.

    • Absolutely appauling behaviour we booked a taxi one hour ago we received a text confirming that a taxi had been dispatched and was on it's way and 2 hours later after numerous phone calls the taxi arrived and we were refused a discount for the hours we had waited wouldn't recommend them they aren't a reliable service and we were left feeling extremely disappointed and that they had ruined out night

    • I use Beeston Line regularly & they have never let me down. Very friendly & polite drivers. Wouldnt use anyone else & totally recommend them to anyone living in Leeds area. Top notch!

    • The app does not send the cars to the right address. Then the staff in the office argue with you that they are there! WTF! Stood on a street telling the staff that they are not there and they are arguing that they are. Someone needs more customer training. Anyway. Have used Amber a lot in the past but never again.

    • Driver 10504 (white Skoda) drives like a boy racer.. Overtook me on a bend in 20mph Tongue Lane, then brake tested me twice, all this with his passengers on board. Topped that off with speeding through 20/30mph zone. I caught up with the idiot on Parkside road/stonegate road lights. That must have annoyed him, all that boy racer driving Gained him no time over someone who obeys the speed limit.

    • This firm used to be good but have become one of the worst taxi firms in Leeds. Unreliable, sometimes they don't turn up at all, other times they are late. Increasing numbers of the drivers don't know enough about Leeds and take you way out of your way and cost you more on your fare. I've been using them since 2009 but I've deleted their number from my phone, I'll never use them again.
