Taxis in WS1

I've been left waiting from 20minutes to an hour on NUMEROUS occasions and when they've just pit the prices up its not acceptable. Its not the drivers fault but the office is not passing them the jobs early enough despite phone calls to the office to remind them

Truly appalling service- couldnt find house, then took couple approximately 8 miles out of the way instead of taking direct route, then charged double the normal price on the premise that it was after 12 prices ( was at an 11.30 pick up). When I phoned to complain, hung up on me twice. Dreadful.

Had a taxi a few times from the Bloxwich radio team and will recommend an use again as they are very well mannered drivers and do there job professionally and honestly Im giving you a 5 For your services well managed firm thanks (malleh chaata ka ne oh) good job guys keep it up

Mom order a taxi was £5 so she gave him £10 said sorry got no charge will be back soon to give her the money still waiting. I phone them and told them I want the money drop off mine and how dear you rip off a o.a.p

Wouldn't recommend this taxi company to anyone.. They said I could only be reimbursed if I was picked up by the same driver but it didn't come to a surprise when he was never available.

This morning i rang up to book a taxi and i immediately got hung up, rung them again, asked why did you hang up on me. "Oh sorry it was by accident". Then puts the phone down on me again. Whoever that was i recommend firing him especially if he is doing it to other customers.

What a disgrace, was using this company over a year and 3-4 times a week, but then they change the price to my local cinema and said I lied about the previous trips, and was told to leave the taxi in the middle of the road. I then called the number to speak to them and was told "nice try at taking the p##s out of us" with the phone slammed down

Brilliant, called them from Walsall location , arrived about 6-8 mins, perfectly spacious vehicle, very reasonable price - safe journey.

How can a taxi driver pull away from a woman suffering a disability ( early stage muscular dystrophy ) at 1.30 am eh in Caldmore Green ? Should be ashamed of yourselves!!!!! Not even an apology! "DISGUSTING! Used this taxi company for years, Not again and I urge others to Boycott this taxi company who discriminate against the disabled!

DO NOT USE - absolutely useless. Pre-booked but they did not turn up. Said they couldn't find address even after I had given them detailed instructions.

rubbish, always late they never have a driver on request and dont turn up to prebookings sometimes.

Was told that they had taxi but would not send to me because they wanted me to choose them over another taxi firm and because I didn't they refuse to send me one well they won't be getting my money again or anyone I know,the guy on the phone raged questions at me like a psycho partner like I cheated on him then changed the fact he had a cab to he didn't I would avoid this company there homophobic views are bad enough then there the state of there vehicle, the fact they get there family to give them good reviews on fbook is a joke they delete the rest,ran by men who are stuck in the stone age I have reported them and if anyone else get problems with them go to the council

Do Not Use Appalling, picked me up from the oak curry house and took me to a great bar 4.5 mile charge me £15 due to the fact that the car had to come from another area so I was charged for that as well. Will I use them again, not on your life do not use this company as they are a complete rip-off.

I've use these for years now, I find walsall branch more polite and reliable than wolverhampton one, but other taxis have let me down before these haven't.

Amazing service, friendly and supportive with elderly and the young. Reliable and trustworthy.

I'd give 0 stars if that was an option because 1 is already too many for the service I got. I booked in advance and was told it would be £4.50 (a trip of just over a mile) then was charged more than the double at the end of the service. Avoid!

I would highly recommend this company, very professional, very reasonable in terms of cost. They picked me up from Birmingham airport last night. The car was extremely clean and comfortable and the driver was so helpful and courteous, it was Car 3 and his name I think was Bali (apologies if I got the spelling wrong) This will be the only taxi firm I shall use from now. WELL DONE A1 PLECK CARS !.. FANTASTIC SERVICE !

Wouldnt even rate it a star if possible worst taxi rank ever! Booked taxi with them twice first time it took over an hour to come put it down to bad night tried with the company again and Ive yet been waiting over half an hour, Do not recommend
